Restaurant need a bigger menu, provide disposable shower caps

BIG ROOM, NICE VIEW

The room was clean and tidy. There are lifts at the hotel. The location was great for where we needed to get to. There are shops nearby and a garage right next door.

The style of the place is a little dated. The doors require a key to open as there is no card system. The mirror in the room is high up so for an average-height person if you sat on the chair you could not see the mirror. There were no hairdryers. I suppose if I asked for one they would have supplied one. The bathrooms are not modern. The shower did not work properly in our room. There were no shower caps provided which meant that you would need to dry your hair or remember to carry your own if you plan on staying there. Although there is a bath too. They may want to consider looking at the positioning and changing of the shower head and perhaps the taps too. The bathroom facilities in the reception area didn't meet up to the standards that you expect of a 3-star rating hotel.

Bed was too low.

I liked the availability of air conditioning and the room was comfortable and cozy. The directions were straightforward.

I found a pair of earrings under the bed that didn't belong to me, so a little more caution when they clean and a little bit of dust in the air conditioning.

Service, and facilities were excellent. Staff are always amazing.

The room could be cleaner and amenities like coffee and milk could be topped up timeously without the need to call reception.

Staff really friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They assisted me with anything I needed and even had my breakfast ready as a takeaway when I had to be early at the airport.

Could use a bit more maintenance, but nothing serious, I will still book there again. Carpets, curtains stained, but fairly clean.

This place had a nice potential but it need to be redesigned. It’s old fashioned carpet, frames, furniture… it’s like you are travelling back in the 40’s. The breakfast was poor, but the chef extremely present and willing to provide us the best of service.
