Central to everything, clean and comfortable . Would definitely stay again.

The room had little attention paid to making it feel comfortable. Cons- Chairs were metal and cheap. The kitchen needs an update. Pros- Bed was super comfy so that was its saving grace and the location was good. It was an overnight stop on way to Melbourne so it was okay. It would be fabulous with a little TLC and Interior design tweaks to bring it up nicely to competition.

The feel of the room was cold and uninviting. See above feedback.

Location, snd truely that was it.

Room 22, lovely smelling bleach aroma, from the second you walked into the room. Room 16 was that bad l asked for another room. If you use rubbish to clean open windows to vent fresh air, it’s not rocket science. The fridge, how could one possibly sleep with that running with the noise it made, l ended up turning it off at the wall. Now let’s move onto the reverse cycle heater, well it really never got overly warm, 24 is rather a heat wave in my person home but room 22 was more like the chill had been taken off the air so to speak. Now I did request a dark, quiet room away from the street, well if you consider a room that backs onto a service lane with people, street cleaners and whatever else roaming around at all hours then this is the place for you, me frankly no, l did manage to sleep between 2 am and 6 am, there is a god after all. What a terrible establishment, I would never stay here again. I really should ask for compensation to be honest.

The wife was very unfriendly but the husband was good.

Location was perfect - staff friendly & accommodating - Rooms clean and well presented. Perfect for an overnight stay or weekend.

Carparking was a little tight and some of us had to park out on the street. Also was a little noisy however, this is understandable being so close to the main street.
