Todo está muy bien cuidado y la atención es inmejorable. Lo único el ruido de la habitación colindante, pero lo comentamos por la mañana y nos dijeron que fue un cliente aislado. Así que todo perfecto recomendable 100% El desayuno tipo buffet con cositas caseras y muy acogedor.

We wanted a relaxing hydromassage after a week long hiking in Pico de Europa, so the idea of the room with a bed and spa bath sounded like a great option.

Unfortunately, there is no ventilation in the room, which means that using spa bath makes the room super humid. We found mould around windows, sleeping in the room with mould is highly unhealthy. We went for breakfast included option, but the only way to get a coffee or tea was from the vending machine, meaning we had to pay for any hot drink! Place felt dodgy, uncomfortable, we did not relax at all. Santillana del Mar is such a nice town, there are plently of good accomodation options. This one was a mistake. I do not recommend.

There was no one there to check us in and even when we eventually managed to make contact, we still didn’t see a member of Staff at all during our stay which was very bizarre!

location perfect. Beautiful views. Serene. Good breakfast selection. Lovely coffee. Loved the “naughty” wallpaper! Decorated beautifully throughout. Very stylish. Will be back hopefully.

Perfect for party of close friends or family. Sharing with strangers not so sure. Perhaps layout not private enough. However it is an incredible place to stay🥰🥰😊
