Fantastická chatička Nr.32! Malinká, ale absolutně krásně zařízená, prostě velká romantika! A přikoupili jsme si i snídani za 500NK pro 2, byla také fantastická a už jen interiér restaurace( velmi staré), stál za to! A rovněž recepce-obchůdek jako kdysi...Prostě velká nádhera!
Malinko výhled na hangár v přístavu, ale kolem hory, lodě, maják..to bylo moc hezké.

Die 2 Übernachtungen im typischen Rorbuer auf der Svolvær vorgelagerten Insel Svinoya war hervorragend.
Urgemütliches Wohnvergnügen über dem Hafenbecken oder dem offenen Meer. Wirklich außergewöhnlich toll!
Parken kann man in direkter Nähe zu den Unterkünften. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, man kann dank des Backofens sogar backen.
Die Bäder sind gepflegt und recht modern.
Alles in allem war ich sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt und würde wieder hier übernachten.
Es war allgemein sauber. Allerdings hätte man vor der Ankunft noch einmal kurz saugen können (Haare, etc. im Wohnbereich). Ich bin hier nicht empfindlich, sollte aber Teil einer ehrlichen Bewertung sein.

Nice and calm location on an island where most houses are for rent. Very convenient, we had a beautiful view on the bay and the mountains. Place was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped.
I wish the curtains could allow the windows to be obscured a little more, as the sun doesn't go down during the summer period.

Very nice, modern and comfortable apartment in an excellent location, close to the Arctic Cathedral and the gondola cable car up Storsteinen mountain.
The apartment is extremely clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and a lot of effort has been put into details.
We enjoyed our stay.

Gut ausgestattetes Apartment mit großem Wohnraum. Alles neu und geschmackvoll eingerichtet.
Dank Carport mussten wir am Morgen nicht eiskratzen und Schnee entfernen.
Mehr Besteck und Gläser wären super. Gerade, weil man eine große Spülmaschine hat.
Achtung: Es gibt eine (nicht geräumte) Außentreppe und eine steile Treppe im Haus.

The cabin was great! It was a great size and very comfortable. It was great to have a room to spread out more than a traditional hotel room. We will stay here when we come back in the summer. We had a great dinner at the restaurant at the property.
The ice on the pathways was very slippery. It would have been nice if the staff spread a little more sand & gravel on the paths. There was a container full of sand & gravel at one point, so we ended up sanding the path ourselves.

Posizione ottima per non rimanere troppo attaccati al centro città.
Centro raggiungibile a piedi in 15 minuti.
Vista sul molo e sulle montagne molto bella, soprattutto dalla camera da letto.
Cucina funzionale, appartamento molto pulito.
C'è anche una sauna galleggiante prenotabile a pagamento dal sito anche solo per 1 ora, a 30 metri dall'alloggio.
La luce verde dell'uscita d'emergenza fissa sopra la porta interna è un po troppo invadente.
A luci spente illuminava gran parte Dell'alloggio, adotterei un'altra soluzione.

Le lieu authentique, la vue, la meilleur cabine restera la 22 et 23 une excellente vue en face montagne, l ocean. Le restaurant est à tombé 😅

- we got house no. 20 (the view was breathtaking), it was so cute and well-equipped.
- we were lucky to see the northern light on the first night, looking out from the common room. 🥺

The property was beautifully situated with lovely views across to Svolvaer, which meant a walk into the centre which we enjoyed. Comfortable bed.
2 tbags for a 3 night stay. A change of towels would have been appreciated as those we had were hard to get dry due to the constant rain.

The location was exceptional, with a brilliant outlook over water and being at the end of the road there were no passing vehicles. Beds were comfortable and well placed to enjoy the view outside. Room was dry, warm and quiet, with a good size clothes hanging and luggage space and a compact ensuite.
Ensuite was perhaps too compact, with little shelf space and awkward ergonomics over the sink. TV didn’t really work, and may have had an electrical fault as unplugging it stopped safety switch #4 from tripping. Curtains could have overlapped better to improve keeping the sunlight out at night.

Well stocked kitchen.
Felt overall the property was slightly overpriced.
Booked in for the sauna, supposedly the only people booked in however, the sauna was full with about 10 locals. very full and slightly uncomfortable - not sure if this is moderated.
Not informed about wifi in the property at check in, had to call up and ask if the property had it.

Main living/kitchen area doesn't have enough lighting and is quite dim.
No TV even though it was stated under the list of facilities available in the room
There is a chores list that we are required to do upon our departure otherwise we'd be charged extra
