It's our 2nd time in a raw ans it was even better than last year. The cleaning service is better, we had fresh lemonade during the day (nice touch :)), no wasps. The room are great for families, the beach is also nice, the sunset spectacular, close to Potos if you want some noise and crowds, but far enough if you want quiet evening.

I liked everything, but improvements can be made on the beach cleaning and the restaurant comfort. The food is very good, bur the chairs are not very comfortable and a bit dark in the evening

Location and food was good.

The room was not clean. For two days in a row the bathroom was not cleaned by the cleaning staff. The shower gel and shampoo were not refilled and they forgot to provide us with towels. The facilities are outdated and there is no available parking place for all guests. Rooms need to be renovated. Furthermore the only reason that the hotel is 4stars is because is beachfront.if not beachfront the hotel should be max 2 starts.very expensive for no reason.better places to stay with better prices around

Your hotel was very clean and well maintained. Our rooms were cleaned every day and our sheets and towels were changed every day. Our bathrooms were also very clean and hygienic. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They responded immediately to all our questions and requests. Especially the staff at the reception were very caring and helpful. The amenities at your hotel were diverse. There was a pool, beach, restaurant, bar and much more. All places were very clean and well maintained. Food at the hotel was delicious.
