Exceptional staff who went out of their way to help us and accomodate and special requests. Great breakfast in a very relaxed style and nothing was too much bother for any of the staff. The room was comfortable with a fantastic shower and a lovey balcony to the rear of the property with a distant mountian view. There is a lovey swimming pool jacuzzi sauna, pool table, kids play area and no doubt loads of other stuff that we didnt get an opportunity to see or use. We couldn't recommend this hotel highly enough and special mentions have to go to Jean and Thomas and the young guy on Recption who's name we unfortunatly didn't get.

Amazing staff, super friendly. Room was nice, great view and excellent showers. Location was a short walk from the village and nice and quiet! We ate dinner one night at the hotel which was a treat! Pool area is stunning and outdoor jacuzzi, we were here in summer which was amazing, look forward to returning in winter. Thanks to John (maybe Jean) and team.

All very new, comfortable, stylish (mountain chic). swimming pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub all great. delicious and varied breakfast buffet. comfortable beds and nice shower

Nothing, it was really good although it would have been good to have a coffee maker in the room, instant coffee is disappointing in a hotel of this standard.

Staff were brilliant in both hotel and restaurant - dealt with my little boy's food allergies brilliantly. Hotel overall is really nice and the spa area is a nice bonus.

Changing area for pool could be better - with some benches and bigger lockers; quite awkward when there's a few people down there.

The hotel is very close to the center and has great facilities for children while those facilities do not interfere with the normal hotel business. Swimming pool sauna and play room are great! In addition the rooms are very nice and comfortable.

The Staff are excellent, the lounge are is very relaxed, the breakfast is brilliant, the beds are very comfy, the spa area is excellent, the boot room is spacious, ther bus stop is directly outside.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The newly refitted hotel was immaculately clean, stylish and cosy. the facilities far exceeded our expectations. quite simply one of the best places we’ve stayed.

The room, the facilities, the staff, the breakfast. What a fantastic gem!

Only issue was that our room was right above the bar and we could hear the base and sometimes the music until 11 pm. When we spoke to the staff, they were very helpful!

I could not rate Hotel Neve more highly. We were incredibly impressed and will be back to stay. The staff couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful (there was no snow when we arrived and they were very helpful with information about ski passes, rentals etc), the breakfast was incredible, lots of options and beautifully presented. The facilities completely exceeded our expectations, we were able to use the pool./hot tub/sauna/steam which were all incredibly clean. The restaurant and bar were of a great standard and there's plenty of room to relax in the reception area. We don't have kids but we were impressed with all of the facilities there were for children. The room was perfect, a gorgeous big bathtub, lighting was lovely, bed very comfortable and a lovely balcony. Really, could not recommend this hotel more highly, we felt we got so much for the reasonable amount per night. Can't wait for our next visit and hopefully more snow!
