Em primeiro lugar a localização excepcional, quarto espaçoso, recepção atenciosa e simpática. Café da manhã bom e variado, amei os figos.

La habitacion era con una distribucion rara. Eran dos habitaciones. Abrias la puerta y la cama de matrimonio estaba pegada a la puerta

La ubicación es perfecta, el personal atento y dispuesto
Para llegar a la habitación en la que estuve había que cruzar un patio, que daba a la ventilación de la cocina, no solo había olor a comida sino que también estaban los ruidos propios de su funcionamiento.
Para ser 4 estrellas, mi habitación dejó mucho que desear por eso y por ser casi ciega, apenas una ventana chica que no daba para mucha luz natural

Nice location in the center of the historical city, but walking distance from the station (15 minutes) and the new city (5 mins). Large room, with comfortable bed and view on the piazza. Good breakfast.

The poor hotel is a bit sad and outdated. Our room door wouldn't shut/lock properly, the line on the floor was coming up and overall it just felt a bit tired. Not sure how it was 4 star...

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the air-conditioned reception was always pleasant to arrive into after a hot day on the town. I also liked the tok tok to take you to the parking lot and back with your luggage.
The sheets in the room didn't feel like cotton, I think they were synthetic. The Air-conditioning in the room didn't have multiple settings, it was either full blast and noisy for sleeping, or off and too hot for sleeping.

Palazzo Indelli is well located at the heart of Monopoli, which is convenient for both shopping and going to the beach.
Their breakfast atmosphere and service are very pleasant.
But this hotel is not worth the price. It is in fact extremely over-valued in my personal experience.
Our room costed 270 EUR / night, including 2 breakfasts. At this price range in Apulia, I expected very high-range service and room. But I soon got very disappointed.
Our room has never been cleaned properly (cf. pictures), even after complaining on day 1. Hair, sand, stains were still there. The main door as well as the bathroom door were not working properly, same for the AC which did not work for 2 days in July... the sink in the bathroom was completely twisted, which did not let the water flow properly. Last but not least, the staff broke my phone charger when cleaning the room.
The owners of the hotel apologized and explained us how difficult it is for them to find good staff and manage their business after COVID... but the only practical apology we got was a less than 10% discount on our total bill.
Unfortunately terrible experience in a wonderful region.
