The place is accessible to all nearby malls around Bacolod. Hats off to all the staff, they were very accommodating and approachable. Will visit again soon.

They have comfortable beds and well lighted rooms.

The public areas were not well maintained because it was not that clean. Breakfast is packed and only microwaved.

I hope they would improve the food being served.

basically, though the room was old and need renovation, it was clean and complete with free shampoo, toothbrush and conditioner, and bottles of water.

the toilet flush is too weak it could hardly flush poop, then the water is colored like a backflushed urine. you dont have any choice with breakfast, tough luck if you are not into sweet sausages and sardines, I do not drink cofee but there is no choice if you want coffee, juice or hot chocolate drink. The room lock is not secured. we showed the front desk that the locked door once shaken several times it opens without a key, no security if you are to leave your things inside.
