My son and I had not planned on staying in Perth, however due to a flat tyre we were brought here. The owner and his wife could not have been more welcoming to myself and son who were definitely feeling lost and a bit confused in a different country. The very went OUT OF THEIR way to make sure we were settled and drove us to the car shop the next day. would recommend to ANYONE to stay here!!!!! They were so so kind and nice!!!

Very friendly hosts, Alasdair and his wife made me feel very welcome after a long and difficult journey. Clean and cozy room, a lovely lounge, fabulous breakfast, all spotlessly clean. Very convenient parking. Good location, shops and restaurants nearby, short walk into town. Highly recommended, I'm glad I chose Scotia for my overnighter.

Honestly such an amazing stay. Everyone was so friendly. I was staying the week whilst I started my new job and they were just such a welcoming and lovely bunch. I really hope to stay again.

Great location 15 minute walk to town centre, room was lovely , very clean , bed was comfy . Breakfast was fantastic, cereal , yoghurt, fruit. Fruit juice , coffee or tea and toast then a full cooked breakfast. Amazing breakfast

There was nothing to dislike

This was a fabulous place to spend a few nights. We were greeted warmly, shown around our room, and given some helpful advice on places to visit. The B&B is well located close to parkland and the centre of town. We enjoyed the river walks and especially a trek to Kinnhoull Hill. The breakfast is brilliant (including veggie options) and sets you up for the day. We'd definitely stay again if we were to return to Perth.

Everything was great. The owners very accommodating and made us feel at home. They even set up a breakfast table for us in the lounge to allow the dog to sit with us during breakfast....which was beautiful
