a good washing machine

bedding had bodily fluid on the mattress protector. pillows had stains and were yellow. the bed side table was actually a child’s plastic chair. freezer had thick ice and ice cream imbedded in it. oven door had grease all over it. shower was dirty and didn’t drain quick enough. patio doors were filthy. somebody called Samuel had engraved his name on the dining table. the iron was damaged and kept blowing the fuses. we asked for a replacement and was told we couldn’t.. The bbq had not been cleaned. full of cigarette ends in it on it and around it. The parasol was broken and spokes were dangerously sticking out and parasol stand was broken. The swimming pool was cloudy for almost a week until the next family (French) arrived then it was cleaned. if the properties had all been full at the same time there would not be enough room for everyone at the pool area. It had 2 sun lounger’s, 1 small bench and 2 chairs. cutlery was dirty. some of the kitchen utensils were broken plates were chipped and only 3. when we mentioned this on arrival the young lady didn’t speak English but offered to refund the cleaning costs but we didn’t see that returned. we did not get copies of receipt of payment we have been going to the same area for the last 20 years and this was our worst experience and has turned us off ever going back.

GreAt place, nice neighbors . Not too many people around the pool and great location. Beds were comfy.and had everything we needed to cook .

Was very noisy early morning due to be on a farm and apartment being opposite the working shed . Last night could hardly sleep due to the combine harvester working all through the night . The drains in the shower were very smelly and the flat smelt of old cigarette smoke which was previously used by the workers. The front door was broken when we got there was fixed the next day and got given a bottle of olive oil to apologise for the inconvenience . We also had to request a curtain to be put up for a window that was looking over the car park where everyone could see is sit on the toilet.
