We loved the location, rooms were clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast in the lounge, Marc and Rich were adorable.

Stunning guesthouse with real attention paid to decor, comfort and cleanliness. The room was cosy and comfortable with a sea view. Richard and Mark are very welcoming and made our stay relaxing. We enjoyed our delicious breakfast seated in the guest lounge overlooking the sea. We wished we could've have stayed another night.

I liked everything. I have never stayed somewhere that I felt so welcomed, important and valued. The house & room were lovely, extremely clean & at a high standard. Richard is an exceptional host, very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious & delivered direct to my room. I so pleased I picked this hotel out of all in the area, I’m already looking for an excuse to revisit!

Couldn't fault anything

The property was perfect - there is free on road parking. There are a few steps up to our property and we were on the ground floor. The room had a sea view, and was perfect for our one night. We were recommended a massage by Kelly, which we had, that was great, and recommended a local restaurant just a few minutes walk away - the food was fantastic. We had such a lovely evening. In the morning we had a continental breakfast brought to our door - such a treat!

Excellent location near to the beach and decorated beautifully with very comfortable beds. The delicious continental breakfast can either be served in the lounge or be taken in your room. We would definitely stay here again when we next visit Littlehampton...it's a gem!!

Probably the most friendly hosts ever. They were really patient and friendly. We would recommend a stay there. We arrived in the evening and they recommended a great local pub for an evening meal which was great. The room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable. Breakfast was continental warm pastries, fruit and yogurt. With a choice of tea or coffee.

The pillows were too soft for me and my wife. It's a small detail and I know that's totally subjective. Different people like pillows from ultra soft to firm to hard. We like the latter. The shower controls were a little steampunk for my liking, but the shower did flow well and was lovely and hot. It had an overhead fixed sprinkler and a separate portable shower head. A lever turned to the top for the fixed head turned to the bottom for the portable in the middle for a mix. Despite being turned fully to the bottom. You keep getting a cold splash every few seconds on your head from the fixed overhead. Agsin just a small detail I just think it needs a service.
