Fui recepcionado pela proprietária da Pousada, Sra. Patrícia e a sua filha que trabalha na recepção, eu me senti muito bem atendido e com muito carinho delas. A vista deste local é fantástica e as pessoas fizeram a minha estadia ser muito mais agradável. Os funcionários da poupada me ofereceram um café da manhã delicioso e se colocaram à disposição para preparar outros pratos que não estavam servindo ali. COM TODA CERTEZA espero voltar e ser recebido pelas mesmas pessoas, estava muito desanimado em viajar sozinho mas me senti muito bem com elas e pretendo voltar em breve. A piscina é muito agradável e a noite o céu estrelado é mágico também. Já estou sentindo saudade das pessoas e do lugar.

Great location, near the Quadrado and main Trancoso attractions. Large and comfortable room. Breathtaking view from the swimming pool and rooms. Excellent breakfast. The staffing was also very friendly, especially Patricia and Oriana, who made us feel very welcome and gave really nice tips about Trancoso.

I booked this hotel few weeks before coming for Som festival. To start with,when we entered the room it was not clean, the bed was full of dead mosquitos and bathroom doesn't work properly. There is never anyone at the reception... NEVER !! whenever we need a taxi or towels or anything it's a ghost hotel... no one is at our service. Also every here and then we will here a drunk mother (apparently the owner)screaming with her daughter and yelling specially in the morning which makes us have hard time sleeping and relaxing. It's not a posada with real management service, it felt more of rental without even a host communication- it doesn't worth at all the price and there is 0 care about the costumer or service or reception or room cleaning ... One night the light went off and we went to the reception to look for help of course no one is there as usually ... and then we saw that lady and we told her we need help with light it's total darkness in the room and she was totally DRUNK so she start yelling and talking Portuguese 0 respect. We had to leave and go to our friend hotel near by to get ready and shower. One night before our check out we asked to extend one more night (last day of the festival) and the girl said it's fine. But in the morning when we came to the room the lady was inside our room and was packing our things so aggressively in the most horrible way, she was super aggressive that we had to call our Brazilian friend (one of som festival founders)to help us with that nightmare and end up calling the police on her for touching and destroying our belongings, cherry on top we found out that our cash was missing. Later on the police came and asked us to write a report as she broke the law by entering our room, and this is a crime in the the Brazilian law and even worst touching our personal stuff and belongings... the police were persistent for us to press charger against the hotel. Don't stay never ever there.

The location is perfect, right in the middle of Quadrado, but the property still managed to make you feel like you're very close to nature. The view and the pool are incredible. The host Patricia and the staff are great as well. I really enjoyed my stay and would def come back.

It's not even a complaint but maybe the breakfast could have a bit more options.

Super communication, warm and characterful welcome and a wonderful stay

Great accomodation to enjoy Trancoso! Outstanding value for the money. Great view from the rooms, pool/breakfast area. You will feel in touch with the nature all the time, looking for a green mountain (almost no construction) and the ocean. Patricia is a great host, very attentive and dedicated to provide a great experience. The room size is good and confortable for a couple. The open view and the external private area with cute furniture makes you feel you are in your own garden (actually the garden is open to all rooms). Trancoso is pretty close to great beaches (Nativos 10´; Coqueiros 15´) and easy access to Arraial D´Ajuda and Porto Seguro (by car around 1h).

The property is inside the Quadrado (this is great!) but you can´t get inside the area by car. So, you have to leave the car in a parking lot (extra pay) and walk around 200m. Someone will help with your luggage, but it´s important to get in touch with someone from the Pousada in advance and plan to avoid arriving late night.

I loved everything: room size, cleanliness, view, impeccable service, perfect location, kindness of the owners: Patrícia and Oriana. I felt I was at home. I will come back certainly.

Location and view are unbeatable. Loved the staff and breakfast. Very quiet which is quite unique considering the proximity to the center

The mattress was very uncomfortable, it would be time to replace it I think, sadly I did not sleep well.
