Il centro storico!

Dopo aver prenotato con due giorni di anticipo ho fatto una telefonata un'ora prima per avvisare del nostro arrivo ricevendo una risposta evasiva di chi non era nemmeno al corrente di aver affittato una stanza. Infatti i proprietari non essendo presenti sul posto (forse non sono obbligati ma sarebbe stato sicuramente più utile e corretto) cercavano, dopo nostre varie telefonate, di spiegarci come arrivare al b&b, come se abitassimo a Sarzana. La struttura è in zona ztl, e dalle 13:00 non ci si può più entrare, quindi accelera per oltrepassare il varco prima del blocco, in più il b&b è in una piazza sita in zona pedonale h 24 col rischio di ulteriore multa. Quindi capito dov'era il posto si proseguiva x un parcheggio della sede dei guardiaparco/cantonieri, piena di rovi e sterpaglie a circa 200 metri, portandoci dietro giusto il necessario e lasciando le valigie in auto per evitare di spostarle per un solo giorno di pernottamento. Il parcheggio è ovviamente a pagamento (10 euro ai proprietari del b&b) . La notte abbiamo dovuto scegliere tra il rumore delle persone nei vari locali della piazzetta sottostante o chiudere le finestre e sentire quello del frigorifero e del condizionatore. Colazione dalle 8 quindi essendo partiti poco prima abbiamo scelto di andare in un bar. Esperienza deludente e prezzo alto per quanto offerto .

Lovely balcony with view over piazza. Romantic, perfect location. Cinque terre is also easy to get to from this quaint little town. The room and bathroom are very clean. Mary and her husband are a very helpful, warm and caring couple. A complete and delicious breakfast is available to enjoy courtesy of Mary. We highly recommend a stay here!

Only minor gripe is that it gets very warm in the afternoon and the airconditioning is a little noisy.

Excellent location and nice room. Easy check in and check out.

Central location Good hair dryer

The stairs leading to the room smelled badly of smoke. No person showed up for the check-in. I had to call for check-in instructions even though I had no plan and when I asked for a receipt, I never received one. Not a nice customer service.

Lovely location on a beautiful piazza! Breakfast was served on the balcony by a very welcoming proprietor. Self check in was easy.

Location is great.

I booked here based on the picture of the breakfast. They are not serving breakfast in the dining room due to covid. That makes sense, but to be fair to potential customers they need to take down the picture until they reopen the room.

A lovely property in a great location in a piazza next to the cathedral. The staff were fabulous. Great restaurants nearby.

The room was a bit too warm even with air conditioning and a fan. The air conditioning wasn’t working properly - maybe user error!
