The breakfast on that street, with that view, was incredible and unparalleled. Right in the city’s historic centre, without getting into the touristic area. The view from the window of our room was beautiful.

We were very charmed by the heartfelt welcoming by the owner.

The location is amazing. Very close to Palazzo Nicolaci. Our room was nice. Perfect for a one night stay. Camilla was super welcoming and she also offered us an aperitivo at her boyfriend Cantina.

The only recommendation we feel to give to the property is to check on the bathroom supplies. The shower gel container was empty.

First you have to know that this B&B is a section of a huge family palace from the 18th century . It’s owned by the Modica DI San Giovanni family who was almost royalty back in the days (barons ect ...) . What they did to preserve the design , original tiles ect is amazing . Also get the suite cause you have the view of the dome of the cathédral of noto . You can still visit the other section of the palace which is a museum . Stunning. Under the B&B is one of the best restaurants of noto , serving their own wine that they produce and very typical Sicilian food . Highly highly recommend.
