I liked everything about Margaret's place. The place exceeded my expectations. The swimming pool view from our rooms was a spectacle 😍😍😍😍👌. The kitchen had all necessary utensils and cereal packs, which was a big lovely surprise😍😍😍. Valden was a great host and paid attention to every details. She told us about the loadshedding schedule. She came to see about us on Sunday before we checked out. Whenever I'm in Joburg, I'll make Margaret's place my home. Thank you for your Hospitality.

Everything was just amazing, it was so comfortable we felt at home. We were so tired from going out to get some food and guess what. Cereal was provided for us we had no reason to go out. I'm glad I found a home away from home. I will definitely come back again and recommend the place to friends and colleagues.

There was nothing not to like the place was perfect.

The property is well located near to shops and Restaurants. It is well maintained with a beautiful garden and pool area.

Very Very dangerous place. it was my worst experience. I ve been 71 countries, but this is the worst place on the word. Never go here. be careful with this place. I booked this place for my last night In SA because of good comments, but they just asking people to leave good comments. I arrived from Cape town about 8 pm. I wrote previously I will be a bit later. but when I m arrived they opened the door and said it is too late, we will not receive you. I was very afried and begging for help. Can you imagine darkness, Johannesburg, no taxi on this area, nothing. They just closed the door, and ignored me. They left me with paid Booking on the street. I don't want to memorize what happened after that, still in shock. Few days later I called booking.com and Margaret place said "we didn't have any problems to receive him". Really? you said me "no" on my face and after that you said this to booking? Never ever book this place, coud cost you all your belongings and your life. Absolutely horror experience.

The unit we were placed in was located away from the main house which was ideal. Connection to wifi was great. Great space for packing clothes etc.

The bed was made up of two singles which was uncomfortable. Would prefer a normal couch instead of a sleeper couch in the tv room.

The room is spacious, no burglar-proofing on the main window, giving a pleasing view onto a beautiful garden and pool. Enjoy breakfast/dinner around the pool. Very private, comfy couch with good TV channels, full kitchen facillities in the kitchenette. A great getaway!

The pool was clean and Wi-Fi connectivity was great, the staff was really friendly

The bathrooms were dirty, the kitchen cabinets were really dirty, the ice cubes were made with dirty water, the kitchen counters had food particles when we arrived and the headboard cupboards were dusty

The pool and garden were great! 😊 OH and the bath tub! The best so relaxing. Margaret was also a darling, excellent peoples skills.

A smart TV would be nice.
