Fabulous villa, immaculately clean with superb hosts. Couldn’t have wished for more.

The villa, pool and surrounding areas were very clean and well kept. The layout was perfect for grandparents downstairs and parents and baby upstairs.

The whole house is lovely. We liked the outdoor space with the swimming pool, plenty of sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor dining table and an outdoor 'snug' (covered with a pagoda) next to the brick BBQ. There is also a first-floor outdoor terrace which is nice to sit on and watch the sun setting. The surrounding view is of the citrus and avocado grove and you can see across the bay, in the distance. The bedrooms are all of a really decent size and the 'master' bedroom is really big. All bedrooms have on-suite bathroom and shower and aircon. It was easy to find. There is enough space for 2-3 cars to park. The owner, Olga, was really nice. She respects your privacy but is available to help. The kitchen is fully functional, with lots of pots and pans and kitchen knives/utensils etc. The owner provides a 'first night' food basket with breads, eggs, jams, coffee, milk and water, which is just fantastic to get you started. She also provided a huge basket of fruit and another of oranges to be used in the orange juicing machine. Having a car is handy, but not completely essential. We found that we could walk down to the beach where there are a few restaurants (we really like Santa Barbara Restos), but you need to walk on the road surface (no pavements), however the road isn't busy and vehicles are moving fairly slowly and give you plenty of space. (If you look on a map of this villa, it's the road heading north to the beach) However the route that heads down to the local shops isn't suitable to walk down as it's quite narrow, busier and faster. But if you need to get to those shops, just take the other route I mentioned and then walk along the beach-front road. I would estimate it would take about 40 minutes to walk to those shops using this route. There is a small bakery/convenience store called Artopioseis (opposite a petrol station) that sells wonderful Cypriot pastries and cakes ...

Great villa with everything you could imagine you needed. Very quiet and peaceful location, which is just what we wanted. Hosts were great. Left lots of welcoming food and drink. Sundowners and views on the upper terrace were fabulous. Couldn't have asked for more.

Nothing at all. Think there has been a new villa built since instructions on how to find the villa were written and so it looked like there are three not two before you turn.

Lovely quiet location surrounded by lemon trees. Facilities as described- lovely large clean pool. Olga friendly and helpful, based next door for any queries but was not imposing. Hope to use this villa again.
