Pour avoir des fruits jus de fruits il fallait un supplément à la différence des 6 autres hôtels où nous avons séjourné au Costa Rica
De plus le personnel a tenté de nous facturer 2 fois le service sur une même note. Lors de notre remarque ils ont été désagréables et nous rendu notre monnaie en menues pièces pour nous ennuyer....
Vraiment pas à l'image des costariciens...

the resort is located on the beach, the food at the restaurant on site was good, you can see a good amount of animals (birds, lezards), we were confortable in our rooms and the staff was amazing
the property is old and need a refresh, but i think the are working on it, some units were strip down and re build! the road to get to the resort is long and full of potholes..

The location was incredible, the staff very nice and the food as well. All being very good value for money.
The road to access the hotel is in poor condition, you must have a 4x4 and patience (takes 20min to drive about 2.5km).
People not staying at the hotel are allowed to access the pool which sometimes brings some unpleasant surprises.

The facilities inside the room were very poor, and there was not even a shade to block the outside light.

Had a lot of potential. Great location and concept. Front office Lady was nice. Decent guyopintos/ eggs
Room was old and beds hard as rocks. Tiny tiny flat pillow. Bed frames make terrible squeaks when you even slightly move waking everyone. Waitress super unfriendly. Zero Smile. Food and drinks.need a bit of tweaking. Mojito was straight sugar. Nachos soggy and mostly lettuce..? Was the first time on our trip I was cold and looked forward to hot tub which didn’t work

Awesome location directly at the beach. Nice rooms with plenty of space. Nice pool area. The restaurant ist great for italian style dinner. Great for birdwatching (Macaos / Aras).
Breakfast was basic compared to other breakfasts we had in costa rica. Wifi only in the lobby / pool area, NOT in the rooms. We had no mobile internet connection with movistar.

Close to the ocean
Internet is not accessible from the rooms so it is necessary to use in the lobby or restaurant. While I was in the lobby one of the owners (big bald anglo man) was also im the lobby, yelling and swearing on the phone. This was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. He then walked out of the office and bagan to berate the receptionist (she was very sweet for our enrire stay). He continued to argue with the receptionist directly in front of me making me feel sick to my stomach. When I confronted him about how this made me feel, instead of apologizing, he said that I shouldn't be listening. I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO STAY HERE! Go to the Cabinas Jimenez! It is much more enjoyable with great staff!! The receptionist did give me a 40$ refund, however it was not enough to compensate for his lack of professionalism

The beach is beautiful and the walk to the beach is close. The air conditioning worked great!
The pool was cloudy. There was no ice. no internet in the rooms.
