Hassle-free stay for 3 persons + small child, good for a short 1-night stay. Comfortable beds. Friendly staff.

Cleanliness was lacking, layers of dust visible in many parts of the room, shower head squirted in all directions and was in dire need of decalcifying.

A cheap option for a short stay in Saint Paul Les Dax, which is 5 minutes from Dax. Rooms are small and modest but were very clean. The staff was also nice and flexible.

There was a communication problem between Booking, Accor Hotels (the owner of the Ibis chain) and this hotel. We booked two rooms (for 4 people) through Booking, but when we arrived at the hotel we were told that they could only see one triple room in our reservation and that they were completely full. We ended up paying for just one room and were given spare duvets and linens to improvise an extra bed on the floor.

Good hotel for make the night. Performance/price relation is good.

Ready meals in the foyer to heat up in microwave, this was very handy as the weather was very hot so we didn't have to walk about looking for somewhere to eat. Also Lidl next door is a great place to buy snacks.

The only downside is no secure parking which we like as we travel by motorbike, we did manage to chain the bike around a lamp post outside the entrance to hotel.
