Centrally located for my party

The spa! Booked a morning space and when we arrived the receptionist said we’d booked a different time, this was absolutely not true and she was very unhelpful! So we didn’t re book.

Right in the middle of everything really good

We missed one night due flights but when we arrived the following day at 11.00 we still had to wait until 15.00 for our room even though we had paid for the day before

Food was good

Tea and coffee in room should be complementary

La comida está pensada para gustos pobres en alimentación He estado una semana mal comiendo Cuando ves a personas poner paella junto con coliflor y salchichas lo dice todo Excepto el desayuno

Clean modern excellent location

Pools were too small and too cramped so didn’t use - went to beach instead which was gorgeous and only a short walk away

The hotel was nice and clean .The food was lovely.

I didn’t like the room. I was in the bottom balcony where the work men were working below . The noise was terrible the dust was everywhere.I couldn’t sit in the balcony. I asked to get moved room the man said there’s no room available Which wasn’t true .I could have booked rooms online .I sent a complaint to the hotel .once I got booking.com got on to them they changed our room the next day. The room was stinking of cigarettes smoke my husband and I were coughing during the night and our clothes were smelling. I got asked to get moved again .The cleaners boss went to the room to check and it needed everything steamed cleaned .we got moved again that afternoon to a nice room.
