Very lovely and clean apartment in a nice neigborhood. On a walking distance to Cuitadella. Extremelly easy self-check in.

Location, easy check-in/out, communication

Very loud neighbors outside in the pool area and upstairs. You could hear everything. The apartment was clean but the towels and sheets had some yellow/orange spots.

Sandra was friendly and welcoming. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, and quite spacious. Wifi was very fast in my bedroom, slower in the rest of the apartment. With a/c and a good TV and kitchen, this was a comfortable place to stay.

The area is residential but you can walk to the beach and an old tourist area called Los Defines but this is quite run-down and bankrupt and we did not want to spend long there. Nuvolet is indeed next to a roundabout but the road is not busy. We did experience noise from the house opposite (big party). There is no parking at Nuvolet but you can park easily on the road outside.

A purpose built building with apartments on the outskirts of town and in a main boulevard. It has a pool in the yard for all guests to use. It was clean and well kept.

Heating during winter is with an air con which covers only the dining room. We had to pay the tourist tax, but since we only communicated with the host via WhatsApp, in the end we left the money in the lock box together with the keys on check-out.

Near street really loud also in the middle of the night! The neighbours made so loud music that we called the police. Not so good..

Apartment very clean on arrival, good location, great pool and lovely host.

Kitchen utensils were very limited and no air con or fans in any of the bedrooms.
