Great room, nice and airy, plus on ground floor, though wasn't important. Great welcome, breakfast, which could be changed easily, plenty of breakfast as well. The staff was really nice and polite and cheerful. Will be back again, next year.

Absolutely fantastic B&B, everything about it is perfect. Made to feel incredibly welcome by Hanna from start to finish, who is the heart and soul of the place. Brilliant all round service, breakfast is delicous, bedrooms are very comfortable and cleaned every day. Will definitely be staying here again when we visit the Isle of Wight next time!

Beautiful house ,they have obviously spent a lot of time effort and money to produce a classic Victorian house. Made to feel really welcome and the place was immaculate. Stunning bedroom with lots of space (room 2) Superb breakfast, eaten in a stunning dining room. Would not hesitate to stay again, or recommend. Thank you Hanna

I feel terrible for saying anything negative about an otherwise perfect stay, but the walls were quite thin and we could hear our neighbors talking quite clearly until around 1am. We never asked them to quiet down so perhaps it’s partly our fault, but it really did take something away from our stay. Otherwise, honestly everything was really great.

excellent room and a very good breakfast with a varied choice. Also there was an opportunity to have an evening meal if you wished. The location for our needs was absolutely perfect.

Quiet, spacious and cosy room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, friendly staff.

The guest house was well presented and spotlessly clean. The breakfast was delicious and Hana was so friendly, a great host. The location was ideal for walking into Shanklin centre or to the beach front. It was really easy to park and a great base to explore the island.

Our bedroom was a touch on the small side and shower quite noisy. But nothing to put us off staying again.

Having travelled by train the location was excellent and central for the beach, old town and bus station for travelling around the island. Having read previous reviews the breakfast was a great start to the day and the variety was excellent as was our Hosts.

Lovely, modern B&B room in Shanklin. Very close to the beach (walking distance). Room was very clean & covid friendly. Nice breakfast! We would visit again.

Nice breakfast, social distancing observed and Hanna made sure everything was ready, plenty of coffee and toast! Wi-Fi connection very good and we were made to feel very welcome.

We both found the chairs in our room uncomfortable as there were no cushions ( covid 19?) and so we used our pillows. the fridge in the room was a little noisy at night but was useful to keep drinks cold, bedside lights were fixed to the wall too far away and so we needed to get up in order to reach them,

Hana was lovely, pleasant and had good knowledge of the Island ...places to visit & eat. Steve cooked excellent food for breakfast, which was a great start to our day's there. We stayed in the beach room which has it's own private entrance which was also useful for our early morning walks, so not to disturb other guests. the shower was powerful and hot. the room was exceptionally clean (home from home clean). but then the whole of the house that we saw was also exceptionally well kept, including the front of the house. No problems parking and we thought it was a good base to stay while travelling to different locations on the IOW.

There was nothing to dislike about Brooke House.

The house was very clean and modern! The lady (Hannah) who runs the house is very welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. We had breakfast every morning which was always fresh and just what we needed! Will 100% go back there for the next stay!
