breakfast ok - I asked for a caffe latte and paid extra for it and it was horrible, I didn't drink it and complained and i was still charged for it .

It was fine, stayed for one night, staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Having stayed there before, we knew what to expect & we weren’t disappointed. Delighted to be upgraded from a standard double to a superior suite.

Food at evening buffet wasn’t always very hot. We had a flood from bath water on day 2, late afternoon. The response was to give us 3 small towels to mop it up. I would have expected better from a 4* hotel. In the end we were compensated with a free spa treatment & lovely fruit bowl.

Great hotel! Nice breakfast and pool. Staff very nice. It is a bit far from the centre but we took the bus and was really easy to get there and come back. The nearby beach was also very nice.

The staff were all super helpful and friendly - from checking in, the cleaners, the servers, the bar-people, all of them were kind and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious - everything one could want and the bonus (for me) were the Greek items (the yummiest spanakopita, loukoumes, the Greek cheese and honey) which were all delicious. The location is great - walking distance to Dassia beach and numerous tavernas. We had older teenagers with us and they liked that we were within walking distance of a vibey bar/club for their nighttime entertainment.

Exceptional staff, very high standards and great comfort. Breakfasts were fantastic and service was second to none in every respect. Good location on Corfu Island - all in all a superb choice!

Gym only available up on sign up, which is inconvenient as I don’t like to plan gym times in my holidays Spa was okay but not 4 Star Level at all. I did manicure and pedicure and it wasn’t that nicely done neither great products in use and for the quality far to expensive The beach is nice but in walking distance

absolutely everything. The rooms and grounds are lovely, the breakfast excellent, and the service from the staff was amongst the best we’ve ever experienced. Special mention has to go to Aris who made everyone feel special, and to Andreas who went the extra mile with getting us a restaurant reservation. We would definitely stay here again.

I would like to personally thank everyone that we met there, Michael the guest service manager, Ianis and Nikos from the restaurant managment, Chef Sotiris for the excelent food, Panos at the pool bar, Ana from room service, and everyone else from the managment and staff who helped us and our little dog during our stay. I couldn't catch all your names unfortunatly, but YOU ARE THE BEST. Now, the place, what can I say? Beautiful clean and comfy rooms with everything you might need, a paradise of a garden, and an excelent pool (which unfortunatly we didn't get to use much due to rains during our stay). Generous breakfast buffet, and a very good and tasty selection of lunch and dinner menu. Possibly (at the time of writing this review) one of the best value for money places I've ever been to.

I didn't like that I had absolutely nothing to complain about :)

The hotel was clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very good, many options that were tasty. I do not have much dietary requirements but I imagine if you do, contacting the hotel in advanced would be helpful. The staff were helpful and mostly pleasant and tried to cater to our needs as best as they could. The room was a good size with a balcony, not much of a view and the beds were very comfortable. We had access to the spa which was pleasant and the spa services were not too expensive. There were several eateries in close proximity and mini markets to buy food, although the menu at the hotel seemed to offer some decent options. The cocktails were really good at the hotel bar!

Not too much to complain about, other than the wifi was dreadful especially in the rooms. If I wanted a semi stable connection I had to go to the reception area. The outside jaccuzi was also not very warm which could be improved. The weather wasn't great but I can imagine during the summer the hotel will be alive.

My nightwear was taken when my room was being cleaned. I was assured that if it went to be washed it would be returned back to me. I have sent two emails and still have heard nothing from the hotel. It ruined my entire experience. At any other hotel my nightwear would have folded up and left on the bed where it was found.

Size of our room was very small and felt crammed into a tight space.

The staff here were excellent. Professional, helpful and friendly. Location on the main street was convenient for shops, restaurants and buses (easy to get to Corfu town and beaches around the island). Dassia beach is a short walk. The rooms are comfortable, very clean and nicely decorated. The pool area is enjoyable and the gardens are kept beautifully making this hotel feel like a green oasis out the back. Spa massages very nice. Breakfast food and staff (led by Aris) were great. Gluten free options available on request.

The breakfast menu was rich, with freshly cooked and delicious food. The pool is a little shallow but clean, the garden behind it a real oasis. Above all the staff were wonderful, welcoming and helpful.

The room had the air conditioner located right in front of the bed and I would rather endure the heat than get sick from the cold. The pillows were overstuffed and I had to empty more than half of them in order to sleep comfortably. A daily and unnecessary problem seemed to me to be the lack of shampoo and soap in the bathroom , while there was plenty of body cream or hair masks
