Great facilities for families and all the outside areas were lovely and clean. The rooms were clean and tidy and fresh.

I was a bit disappointed there was no air conditioning or fans in the bedrooms for air circulation. there was only a split system in the lounge which didn’t quite reach the rooms so it was stuffy overnight in the bedrooms. Also there was a sign saying you had to ask at reception for shampoo and conditioner which I didn’t realise until I needed to wash my hair so it was too late to get some. Please also consider face washers as an option in the bathrooms as well for parents with children, I had to use a hand towel for my kids.

great facilities for kids, comfortable accommodation, great location. My 6 year old lost his precious teddy bear and staff went to great lengths to retrieve which they did 😄

Plenty of room for the kids to run around and explore, try different activities like swimming, jumping or going for a walk to the beach. Lots to keep the kids entertained. The location is very convienient also. I liked that we could bring friends / family in and catch up in a safe place with them, while letting the kids run free.

We were there for 6 nights and we didn't have any service / cleaning once - the place did get a bit dirty with having young kids and it raining. We ran out of toilet paper and had to ask cleaners for assistance. I thought there would have been cleaners if not everyday then at least every second day.

The cabin we stayed in needs a fair bit of TLC more outside than in. The gate didn’t shut and the fly screen didn’t lock which isn’t ideal for people with young children.

Comfortable great location. Best of both worlds beach and pool. The walk to Oceania was a delicious dinner

Thought the planes would annoy us but they stopped just in time for sleep

Accommodation was a bit outdated and floor not level. Could do with a good renovation.

Amazing Facilities for families, the pool, tennis courts, basketball courts were great! so close to Glenelg /Harbourtown/Henley Beach, perfect location

I have stayed at the park many times and love being close to the airport and Glenelg. It's always nice having the car just outside the room!

We stayed in the Shacks! They are so run down it isn't even funny. The place felt old and dirty! The bed was hard and made so much noise when you rolled over, that I had no sleep. The lounge suite stunk, I had to put a blanket on it and the bathroom is appalling. Please update these cabins!
