The place is neat and quiet also like the fact that there's always hot water and that when is loadshedding the hotel has got plan B guest end up not noticing that there's loadshedding.

Lack of ironing resources and a mini fridge inside the room.

Rooms are serviced everyday. The Wi-Fi dig AL is great. The staff was amazing. From the receptionist, the cleaners to the security guys. They were good.

The fact that the staff and management allowed noise and the music being played loud is something I never understood, especially late at night and very early in the morning. U will hardly sleep here coz of the noise at night, and u will be woken up around 6am because of the music sound. The management is quite about it all. It shockingly disappointing. U won't expect this but that's actually what happens. The hallway is always noisy.

The rooms are excellent and the rates very affordable
