Wunderschöne Lage in Innerarosa, fantastischer Bergblick, historisches Haus, das mit viel Liebe und Geschmack renoviert wurde. Gutes Frühstück und abends ein phänomenales Viergang-Menu. Super nette Gastgeber, die gerne bei der individuellen Tages- und Tourenplanung helfen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

Location and staff of the property. Also very friendly staff. we had dinner one night. The menu offer was limited but quality of the food was superb. Not cheap but fair enough. Breakfast selection was also good.

Excellent hotel, with wonderful views, friendly staff and cozy decoration. Full breakfast, possibility of parking and daily room cleaning.
The dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious but really expensive and served in small quantities.

Location, people and cleanliness.... this was one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in.
The food was very nice, only the main course let it down... sorry guys not bery tasty, where as the starters were brilliant.

Hotel Stoffel is just spectacular! The location is unbeatable - outside the main drag, but walkable or easy (free) bus "downtown." Right around the corner from the cable cars to amazing hikes and the gorgeous church! Loved it!
Most uncomfortable beds and pillows of the trip. Would have loved a pillow that had actual shape!

Everything! The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive. Huge thank you to Christoph and Marcus who were so kind and especially to Christoph who patiently allowed me to practise my German on him! A special mention also for the chef as the quality of the food was outstanding. We had the set, four course menu each evening and couldn’t fault it. My husband particularly enjoyed Marcus’ suggestion of an “adventure plate” of cheese. Breakfast was also fresh and delicious with many home-made touches. On top of all this, the location is stunning, with easy links to the centre of the town and short walk to the Hornli- express cable car and mountain pathways.
A tiny point would be my personal preference for larger bath towels.

There are hotels you stay in and that is the norm. The Stoffel is much more than that, it is your home for the duration of your stay. The owners and managers of the hotel make everything perfect for you, from the cleanliness of the rooms, to the excellence of the food to the help they give you for every need. Booking another restaurant? Done. Booking a spa? Done. Telling you how to get to the piste in under a minute? Done (they don't tell you this is more or less a ski in ski out hotel on the Web site). Having your boots warm and ready to go every morning? Done. No wonder so many people come back here.
It would be nice to have a sauna in the hotel and perhaps tea and cakes in the afternoon.

This place was amazing! the breakfast in the mornings was impeccable with beautiful views overlooking the mountains. they provided an arosa card for gondola service and discounts which was great. the interior was very cozy and charming.
