Very convenient location. Easy walks to restaurants, parks and the gondola. The private hot tub was nice to have and the property was clean and tidy. Other than a couple of coffee packets, no kitchen supplies are provided, but the grocery store in not far away.

Not only was the location perfect for family getaway the layout could not have been any better. Kids age 6,8 & 11 loved the downstairs area. Toys and games to keep all entertained. Having sleds available to take to the park was great and the Hot Tub was a huge hit! Walked to town daily and the kitchen was well equipped for nice hearty breakfast daily.

Summer stay so we walked all over town each day. Easy stroll to gondola or shopping/restaurants. Unit has three separate floors basically so we all had our space. Decor and unit is "ski condo dated" but the layout worked well for family. Front porch was spacious to sit and chat with whole family. Would stay again.

We loved our stay at this roomy townhome in a perfect location. There was plenty of room for our group, and we enjoyed the privacy of having the bedrooms on different levels. It’s only a 6 minute walk to town. Sandy is a great host and answers questions promptly.

Our stay at the place was overall very good. This is a great location and short walk to Main Street. The place was well laid out and comfortable for us with multiple levels and places to sleep. Overall the stay was very good. We found the downstairs sink handle to be broken upon our arrival. For some reason texting back to the line that said to text them didn't seem to work well. But was able to call and get someone on the phone for help getting in. Overall though a good stay and would stay here again.

There were a couple of minor bathroom plumbing hardware issues, and that is the only complaint I can think of. The location was ideal. Able to get to mountain easily as advertised and ski in almost to the door.
The split levels were comfortable for our family. The hot tum was quite enjoyable. Would definitely stay there again.

The condo suited our needs well. Best of all was the location - short walk to shops/restaurants in Breck. Another positive was the 3 separate bedrooms and baths. Because of the open floor plan, sound does travel, however. Also positive was the property manager, Sandy's, responsiveness. She responded to emails within a few hours each time I reached out. The home was clean and well stocked (we even took advantage of the games cabinet, as it rained part of each day). I gave the home 4 stars, only due to the age & deferred maintenance. There was no front door key (contrary to the check-in instructions), the WIFI info was incorrect (Sandy gave us an alternative WIFI network and password to use), and several small items in the home seemed to lack maintenance (trash can, teapot, beds were not super comfortable/lumpy - all of these were minor, and workable). However, one item was potentially dangerous. The downstairs shower was missing the water control knob (only a metal 'stump' was used to turn on water & regulate water temperature). This made it really easy to scald yourself, as the temp was nearly impossible to get warm without scalding. When I brought these items to the attention of the property manager, Sandy, she responded with messages like 'I've been meaning to get the door lock replaced (w regard to no front door key), but no fixes. A little TLC and maintenance of this home would definitely warrant a 5 star rating.

Excellent rental and location
I hosted a birthday/reunion getaway and I’m so happy with the condo, amenities, location and service. The layout is fantastic. Each party had their own floor and bathroom so it was private. The common rooms are fabulous for gathering together. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to downtown and the black express ski bus. Recommend highly!

Definitely needs an update
We loved the location of this property! It was extremely convenient to downtown and the slopes. The place however needs a facelift! It is in desperate need of new furnishings and carpet. The pull out couch mattress is unfit for anyone to sleep on and the bunk bed accommodations are definitely meant for a child. The mattress on the double bottom bunk was extremely uncomfortable. Having a pool and hot tub myself, I completely understand the plastic wine glasses, but a few glass ones for indoor use would have been nice. Also a few small tables to put drinks on in the living room would make a nice addition.
With all that said, we had an amazing time and can’t wait to get back to Breckenridge!

Family Holiday Vacation
The condo provided great space for our family’s holiday vacation. We spent Jan.3-8, 2022 there and had a wonderful time. Overall, the place was clean and in rear condition. We loved having separate sleeping spaces for the 9 of us (7 adults and 2 littles ages 2 and 9 months). One note: if you have littles - there are no baby gates and the stairs are very accessible from the main floor. One of us was on stair duty any time the babies were awake! The kitchen was adequate and had all of the tools needed - but it is on the small size (so not many cooks in the kitchen at a time). The real pluses here: private hot tub; walking distance to town (just a few blocks); shuttle bus stop close by and ski run takes you right to the cul de sac. Cons: TV size in the main living area was smallish and channel options are limited; however, we would definitely stay here again!

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and Gondola. 3 bedroom, each room is on a different floor. Lots of privacy. The private hot tub is a must! Very relaxing. The only requests I would make is to provide cream and sugar for guests and to upgrade the hair dryers.

Absolutely love it!!!
The place was very cute! It had 3 bedrooms with bathrooms on 3 different floors so each room had their own sort of privacy. I stayed with my boyfriend and a friend and they just absolutely loved it too! Everything you needed was there in the kitchen and the hot tub was perfect. AND!!! It was super close to the ski lift. We just walked with our boards with no problem. Definitely recommend and will for sure stay here again!!!!

Beautiful ski trip
The townhouse was perfect for a family of 5. There was plenty of room to spread out as is often needed with teenagers. The walk to the shuttle was very short and the ski-in was less than 100 yards form our front door. The kitchen was well stocked for anything we wanted to cook. The private hot tub was awesome. I highly recommend that you book.

Loved it! The location to the bus, gondola, 4 o'clock, run and town was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. Picture window in the living room was a great view of one of the peaks. Even had a local red fox come out daily to sun on the neighbors driveway.
Property was very spacious, clean and comfortable. And, the kitchen had everything we needed for daily breakfasts and dinners. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location for family skiing
We stayed here with another family - 4 adults and 4 teens/tweens. There was plenty of space for everyone. The location was wonderful. It was easy to get to the bus to peak 7/8 in the morning and easy to ski back to the town home at the end of the day. The hot tub on the deck was a big plus as well.

Epic Time
House was great! Skied in every night and walked 5 mins to gondola every morning. Everyone loved the hot tub and how close we were to downtown. Less then 5 min walk to many bars and restaurants! With 44 inches of snow during our stay it’s easy to say it was a truly epic time!!!

Wear and Tear
For a town home that advertises that it is fully remodeled, the furniture, and worse the carpet is definitely not remodeled !! The carpet looked like it was rented to a fraternity before us and the house smelled musty.
We called to complain about the state of the rental and were told that they would shampoo the next day, but they never showed. The bathtub faucet in the master was cracked so if u wanted to change the temperature you risked 2nd degree burns trying to adjust the temperature.
When we arrived the garbage was overflowing in the garage so we had no place to put our garbage. Then on the last day the garage door stopped working entirely. fortunately our car was not in the garage.
The only reason we are giving it 2 stars is for the location which was great. If you are a family that is looking forward to a clean and comfortable rental for your annual ski trip, find another place that meets that criterion. This rental was a disappointment and the customer service was just as poor
