The hotel is well located at the city center. The Staff is kind and helpful. The room is very clean and has good noise canceling windows. It is a great hotel if you want to spend time at city center and visit Queretaro.

There were some noisy neighbors at the hotel. But in general it is a great place to stay.

The bed sizing are misadvertised. The booking I purchased was for queen beds and I arrived to full sized bed and had to find another location for my entire family.

We enjoyed so much I don't know where to begin...... First, the entrance has a beautiful welcoming feeling and the flow of positive energy radiates the whole historical landmark.....The staff ( all of them) Eder( front desk) David, Mariana ,Jasmine,- front desk. ENGLISH / SPANISH capable .Miguel/ housekeeping/ support. Margarita ( housekeeping ).... We stayed for seven nights , therefore we got know each other pretty well. They were hustling non stop the WHOLE time 24/ 7. 7 days and nights of bliss..... Check out their espresso machine by the front desk.......I couldn't get enough of that machine..... Just push the button and wah lah ........It finds em( coffee beans ),grinds em( beans ) and splashes beautiful blue bottled agua( water ) all over them toasty grinded beans ( awesomeness. ). Floors were shining and freshness permeated throughout...... Any and all requests were attended to swiftly ,along with a smile......We had MANY( wine glasses,wine,ice, laundry services , dining, etc)..Whether coming or going you will see and feel a specialness, an unforgettable location with its BEAUTIFUL people. They made me smile alot..........I learned alot....Humble pie included..Very,very,very safe ............Queretaro, Mexico citizens and alike are fantastic humansEager to engage in conversation, help,intervene in every scenario i encountered Buenos diaz came out of my mouth more times then i can remember..Got that down...... We are making plans to stay longer in the near future !

It was in great shape, well maintained and the location was excellent.

The bathroom in our room needed refreshing. It could use a new sink, for example.

Location wasn’t too bad. I didn’t have any breakfast, when I booked breakfast was included but the staff at the hotel said that we were not allowed to get breakfast. I will never come back to this hotel. And I wish can get reimbursed for th the breakfast not take it.

The staff at front desk were not polite and helpful

Hotel Madero is sparkling clean and they have a lovely staff. Location is perfect, right on the promenade in Centro. This was my second stay and I hope to be back!

Location in downtown. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Hotel decorations/style. It offers free parking.

Room was very small. Our room was located next to a machinery closet and you could hear it all night. Parking is valet only (free) so you don't have easy access to car.

The location is perfect for short weekends and for people that dont like to walk a lot and be already in the main spots. I definitely recommend it. Even if it's in a very crowded and noisy street, in the bedrooms was very quiet, no street noise at all. Beds were comfortable, the size of the room was perfect for the four of us.

Inside it was very easy to hear any noise happening outside. For example, if someone walking outside was walking or talking or opening their bedrooms, you could hear like if they were next to you. In general the guests were very quiet, so it was not that bad so honestly, no complains.

Tye staff was extremely pleasant, and the rooms were quiet.

I like having a window, but I realize that the plaza would make the room quite noisy if there had been one.

The staff was so incredibly kind and helpful! Especially the concierge named Frank. He was such a joy to communicate with. Frank was very warm and welcoming, he had a good sense of humor, and was so very helpful! The location was perfect. The building itself was so beautiful and comfortable. We will absolutely be back!
