For me I can recommend it. Nice accommodation with swimming pool in the centre of Ubud at a beautiful price. Breakfast was excellent!

Charming, quiet location with easy access to Ubud and surrounding area. Good Wifi for remote work. Helpful staff and a beautiful deep swimming pool.

No reception, hardly speaking English staff. Too many insects, ants but it was OK for us. Pictures are a little bit misleading, it is more worn out. Especially bed sheets and linen. Towels have already passed their time... Bad experience at checking in - we booked a superior double and it was confirmed by the property that accommodates 2 adults and 1 kid (10 yrs). We communicated with property about various things (about bed arrangements - double and twins) and on the last day I wrote to them that I don't need twins but double and the extra bed for the kid in one of the rooms. The manager replied that they have not made arrangements for extra beds as they do not offer this. As we were on the move, I couldn't read and I was surprised to understand this only at the arrival. I requested the manager to try to find a solution for us but the rude answer was - no we are not doing it, if not happy, cancel the booking. Well, this literally meant - go away, I don't care, stay on the street if you like. Very bad behaviour. Upon my protest, she said the kid can sleep with you on the double bed. Well, she may be happy to do this with her family but not all people are OK with such sleeping. For one night it could be fine, but more... The other thing is that the bed is double - for two people, not for three!!! Finally they brought a mattress, put it on the floor.... However we were not charged for this arrangement So be careful when you book a Guesthouse, hotels will never allow such things to happen

Wonderful location, very large room and bathroom with partial outdoor feel. Balcony was very large also.

Lovely pool comfy bed . Staff were friendly.

Breakfast was one ption the same thing g for a week was not so great. Had to request clean towels as weren't changed otherwise. Room wasn't cleaned for the week we were there only bed made.

I love the special attention given to prepare and serve breakfast; the variety of a new dish every morning, the colorful fruit presentation. Ekka who served it and also cleaned the room is a wonderful host. I felt well taken care of!

Good stay. Everything what I expected. Rooms are not very big but clean. Specious bathroom with a bathtub. Pool is nice.

Breakfast could be a little more interesting. No coffee. Locations is a bit far away from Ubud but it’s not a problem if you have a bike.

The pool was wonderful and the room quiet.

The fridge to share with other was not working properly, and not even cold. The water coming out of the shower in my bathroom had a setting that was difficult to shower under and made a mess on the floor every time i used it. And there was a smell in the bathroom that never went away.

The location is amazing for a long stay, and if you want to be a bit away from center, but still close. The territory is nice, and there seems to be just 5 rooms overall, which makes it nice and private. Rooms are spacious and the pool is big and clean. There is also a parking for scooters.

Air conditioner didn’t work that well so it was a little hot. Ok sure if I stayed longer than one night they would of fixed it for me.

The rooms are comfortable. The staff is extremely kind and flexible. Breakfast was amazing and on demand when you are ready, served at your patio. The pool was beautiful. And I liked that the guest house was not close to the road so no noise at night. Very quiet!

bathrooms are a little dark

Breakfast consists of fruit, juice and omlette, sometimes with french toast. Managing the place are husband and wife, Kadek and Eka, who were very polite and humble. They were always at hand when we needed help, like the time I needed medical attention, after contracting ' Bali belly'. Kadek organised a doctor, then took over to make me comfortable with doctor's suggestions.

The place is starting to look a little tired.

Super nice location, quiet, spacious, super pool with waterfall. Hostess was not on the spot but came directly after we texted. Super nice bed! Breakfast came to the room at the time we asked. Near very nice restaurants: moksa, Goija. But also nice warungs like Ting ting or lunch at cafe vespa

As is normal in Bali soms mold stains on the wall. But they were working on that in the other room. So soon to be nice and tidy again

Stayed at this property over the years. I keep returning as it’s simple, small boutique & in a quiet local community village.

The facilities are basically ok(big, nice balcony etc), but room and bathroom a bit smelly. Also need more cleaning and management. Also, there is only one hairdryer in the guest house, need to ask reception and wait until the other room finish to use if any.
