I try contact to hotel because I left my gift form my mother necklace and I was send them email 2x and call many times no body hanging phone or not reply about my email. One guy speak with me and promise they check my room to find my necklace from today I don't have any response for very bad !

Everything was great at Jugend Hotel! The breakfast was simple but delicious and the reception was very friendly with us.

Great location for nature lovers, quiet and great for jogging. U-Bahn station is located nearby, 10min. walk. Pleasant experience like the last time.

Super hot water, close to the airport, quiet & quaint space.

Beds were a bit uncomfortable and room heating wasn’t super effective so if it’s cold, I’d recommend wearing thermals to bed or a sweater and pants.

The place is not so far from airport and the pricing was pretty good for what you get in reality

We agreed on late arrival with hotel stuff however as soon as we were there no one picked up the phone for 20 minutes, and we were about to look for another accommodation. also I tried to knock „Night shift“ doors and no one replied, only after I knocked the door really hard, one of the stuff member woke up and helped us with checking in. He also explained that the person who supposed to pick up the phone fell asleep. Also, when booking if done, it is stated on the booking.com that the breakfast is included in price, however I was said that we should pay extra for the breakfast. The floor in the rooms is pretty cold and overall setting the heather to the maximum didn’t really help a lot

Very Cold rooms. No good heating I was shivering in the night. No hot water for drinking. No Kettle for hot water which was very bad in my opinion.

Very good hotel. It is located near a bus that is directly connected to the metro, so you are in the city in twenty minutes. The surroundings are beautiful, I'm sorry we didn't stay here in the summer. The hotel is very clean, comfortable and warm, and the staff is friendly. I really liked this hotel, all recommendations, 10/10

Not a dislike but just a note that it's under or very near to the flight path. To be expected and nothing can be done about that of course just it can be noisy at night

OK for 1 night stay in case of early flight from Nuremberg (as in our case). Just a couple of km away from airport. Clean room, basically equipped ( for example no soap, no hair dryer in bathroom). Comfortable beds.

Noisy due to old wooden floor, when other guests walk near the room door. No curtains, light in the early morning from window and also from upper part of the door. Internet connection not free , but payment required!

Nice, neat and clean. Good for overnight stay. We were travelling to Austria form NL so we stopped here for a night.
