Konumu ve personeli güler yüzlü. Özellikle kahvaltı ev kahvaltısı gibiydi. Menemen ve pişi sürpriz oldu.. yemekhanede çalışan sanırsam Gülay hanım dı adı.. gerçekten 10 numara bayandı.. güleryüzü yardımseverliği harikaydı... Tebrikler 2016 yılında gelmiştim yine geldim. Kendilerini geliştirmişler..

Banyoda bir adet elbise askılı olsa harika olurdu... Havlu elbise asacak yer yok.. tek biricik kusur.

The staff are amazing, the rooms, lifts, cafeteria and floors are very clean. Not a speck of dust in sight. Room had an AC, which we could set to Heat or Cold. On a scale of 1 - 10, I would give it a 9 ! It is not a luxury hotel but it will put many luxury hotels to shame in terms of cleanliness, customer care, and overall customer satisfaction. Also if you are ever coming to Kayseri for medical treatment, this hotel is best as its completely surrounded by hospitals, pharmacies and restaurants. There are mosques all over too for muslim guests. Well done, Korkmaz Residanz. You have earned yourself a valued customer.

Breakfast was too basic. Just eggs, tea , bread and some spreads day in, day out. We got tired of that very fast One of the cleaning ladies (not the small lady) never put new toiletries or enough towels, including the foot towel near the sink. I really didn't understand why she didn't. Sometimes, the shop owners in the nearby furniture shops would loudly call out to customers and disturb your afternoon nap. The bed wasn't too comfortable too so I slept on the sofa bed which was very comfy.
