Location is the best. You can walk anywhere from this property. Very close to Campo di’ Fiori and many restaurants. Easy walk to Navona and Trastevere. We stayed here as family - 2 adults, 2 kids. Owner is very prompt with communication and very helpful. He set up a private driver to and from airport. We were met at door when we arrived to let us in. Everything is as described. Double bed is so very comfortable in bedroom. Also there is a single pull out chair that turns into bed in that room. In living room the sofa turns into bed that is also quite comfortable. Also roll away bed available. Nice to have kitchen and washing machine. Easy walk up on flight or choose elevator. Somewhat noisy at night from traffic but helps to close shutters. Wonderful stay - would choose again!

Francesco was a great host, arranging airport pickup and drop-off. His property manager, Rosie, couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. The corner apartment is just one flight up, so I didn't need the elevator. It was bright, the kitchen well-equipped, the bathroom big, the bed comfortable. The location made it easy to walk everywhere. I wouldn't hesitate to reserve the apartment again. Thank you Francesco and Rosie!

I agree with all of the positive comments written about this apartment. The location is excellent, it’s in the heart of the heart of bustling Roma, but restfully silent inside. It is spacious, clean and well appointed. Good electrical, wi-fi, televisions, excellent shower - everything worked! Much consideration has been given to ensure the comfort of the guests. (I agree with the other reviewer that “the bed is the most comfortable bed in Europe!”) We stayed for one week. We are seniors and my husband is disabled. He uses a rollator walker (almost useless on the cobblestones here.) So we rented a lightweight, collapsible wheelchair at a local “Farmacia.” The apartment accommodated both contraptions with ease. There was even space in the secure lobby area to stow the wheelchair. The apartment is one flight up a smooth stairway and there is an elevator! An absolute rarity in the Center. The elevator easily accommodated my husband and his walker or the wheelchair. On our arrival Rosie, the housekeeper, gave us an excellent and thorough orientation. Francesco, the owner, was attentive and responsive before and during our stay. He was especially thoughtful and supportive when I thought I had a bankcard issue. We had an excellent stay!

This apartment is perfect for a couple or small family on a short or extended stay in Rome. In the 2.5 months we were in Italy, it was the best apartment we stayed at. The apartment is comfortable, clean, great kitchen for cooking, nice bathroom and building has a lift. The location is in the Pantheon neighborhood and within 10-15 min. walk to The Vatican, the Castle, Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona, Pantheon and Spanish Steps. Great neighborhood vibe and good restaurants nearby. The host Francesco is great and Rosie the greeter was wonderful. We can't wait to return.

Francesco's place is right in the heart of Rome, many of the capital landmarks are minutes away from the apartment. We pretty much walked everywhere, took buses and trams to go to furthest destination but everything within a 30 minute trip. The apartment is lovely, clean, spacious and its perfect for a family of 5. We loved Francesco's place. He and Rosie were really helpful with everything. We will be back.

Staying at Francesco’s apartment helped make our stay in room a great week. The bed was so comfortable and having the extra space to relax after touring was a huge plus. The location was absolutely perfect! Francesco was a great communicator and made us feel so welcome. Would absolutely stay there again.

My wife and I stayed at Francesco’s apartment in Rome for 3 days in August. This apartment is a fabulous place to stay. The apartment is super comfortable and the location is fabulous, provides easy walking access to most of the Rome tourist sites. Francesco loves his city and provides all kinds of tourist ideas and touring instructions. Without requesting one, he arranged for a driver at the airport to take us to the apartment, this was done months in advance of our arrival. He had a manager available to us if we needed anything. If you are looking for an apartment in Rome, I highly recommend Francesco’s because of the comfort, location and support by Francesco and his staff.

Book this place for the ideal location and the wonderful property manager! His communication was excellent and helped us with so many details - including transportation to and from Rome as well as the cruise port. Highly recommend!

Elevator fitted only one large piece of luggage.
Coffee maker did not work. The mattress in the sofa bed was thin to the rails.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rome. The location of the apartment couldn't be beat. Walkable to all of Rome's attractions. Spacious and comfortable accomodations. Check in went very smoothly and communication was excellent throughout. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We loved our location while in Rome. The Host was very kind and arranged multiple taxi drivers. The apartment was just what we thought. The only issue we had was the A/C didn’t work great. The apartment had fans but it was pretty hot. The whole place has one A/C unit for the whole place. After we left they were getting it serviced since it would stop working during the day. The Host was fantastic and responsive as soon as we told him the issue. I would recommend this location and apartment to anyone.

Great location. 1 mile to Vatican city, 1 mile to Colleseum, 1 mile to main shopping district and Trevi fountain. Great communication with owner who even arranged pick up and drop off at airport. Things that could have been better. Thought we had 2 bedrooms but 1 bedroom was actually the living room. To use the living room you would have had to make and fold the sofa bed each night so nowhere to just sit and relax. Apartment was extremely hot! 1 air unit for entire apartment so you couldnt close the bedroom doors or bedrooms wouldnt get cold. We were there when temperatures were 100 degrees. Very little if any hot water. Had to leave water on for 30 minutes to get hot then 3 minutes later it was cold again. Luckily we only stayed in the apartment in the late evenings to sleep!

Nice 1-BR apartment. The living room had a pull out sofa and space for a cot, so the kids were comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring all of Rome on foot.

We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Rome! Grazie Francesco your apartment is Top Notch! Your attention to detail is amazing and the comfort provided was greatly appreciated. We could walk everywhere and the taxi station to return to the Stazione was at the corner! Mrs. Rosie was thorough with our check in, and we appreciated her patience with our late arrival. Very quiet and comfortable apartment. Arrivederci!

Apartment is ONE Bedroom, not two. Good for 2 people. With no children. Couples. Lift is okay but residents leave door to lift open on upper floors so tourist have trouble getting lift. Francesco and Rosie are lovely. Heat is a bit complicated, but AC is very easy. Nice windows open in daytime. Close at night making apartment very quiet. Slightly undersize king with great foam mattress. We slept like logs here. Feels very safe in the building. The best breakfast place in Rome is 100 feet away, Barnum Cafe. Danielle & crew are wonderful. Tell them Chip sent you!

Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Rome at this apartment. It was indeed elegant, and also everything else that it is described to be. The views out of the large living room windows of the beautiful buildings across the street make this room a great place to relax in. The location of the apartment was very convenient to all of our site-seeing plans. Many sites were an easy walk, and for others there is a bus stop just down the street and a taxi stand just beyond that. For meals, 2 supermarkets (Pam and Carrefour) are an easy walk. Pam was a fine store, but we thought that Carrefour, just a little farther walk was a bit bigger with better selection. Osteria dei Cappellari about 30 yards around the corner, was great for traditional Roman pasta. Finally, what made our stay such a great experience was the owner, Francesco. From the US, we communicated via the VRBO platform, and with WhatsApp once we got to Italy. He was very helpful to us in creating our plan for transit from the airport, gave us a great steer on a convenient local bakery (Forno Monteforte), and quickly answered any questions we had. A great host and a real pleasure to deal with.

I can’t say enough good things about Francesca and Mrs Rosie. So kind and accommodating. They made our stay great. The apartment is nice and clean with everything we needed. Beds and pillows were really comfortable. It was very close to all kinds of cute restaurants and a great gelateria. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Francesco’s apartment was perfect for my recent trip to Rome, I only wish I could have stayed longer. The place is very well fitted out, especially the kitchen, with real gas burners and more than enough cooking equipment. The decor is charming, and everything was comfortable. I especially loved the location: easy walking distance to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and Piazza Venezia, to Trastevere, and to the Vatican. Good bus service as well. Plenty of food shops and restaurants. And surprisingly quiet for such a central site. I hope to return.

Apartment is very nice & clean just as shown in the pictures. The location is amazing! Lots of nearby restaurants & shops. The Spanish steps, Vatican, Piazza Novona, Trevi fountain, and so much more all within a 10-15 minutes walking distance. Francesco was a great help. He facilitated our transportation to & from the airport. He always responded quickly to all our questions!

This is our second visit to this wonderful apartment. First of all, we spent 30 days in Italy, and the comfort of the bed in this listing was the best! We were so close to Piazza Navona, the Pantheon, and in the other direction, the Vatican. We walked everywhere. It has a washer, which is critical if you try to pack light (which I recommend). The owner arranged transportation to and from the airport, making it so easy for us. I highly recommend this property. Thank you Francisco!

Apartment was as described and served our needs. The elevator although easy to use is very narrow so with bags only one person at a time can use. Lots of places to eat and grab a drink nearby and Da Pancrazio the best. Close to Piazza Navona which is very interesting with all the fountains. Hop on hop off bus 650 meters so a bit of a hike for seniors but the Big Bus stops there (stop 6). Best way to get a birds eye view of the things everyone has on their bucket list. On a main street so lots of traffic but easy to get around. Apartment is a good size and rooms large. Enjoyed our stay.

We are a family of 5 adults . This unit accommodated us with 4 beds ! Air conditioning in the extreme heat after touring Rome was fantastic . Location was perfect .. we walked everywhere !!!!!!!!
The owner Francesco was absolutely positively wonderful and helpful with all my questions and concerns . He connected me to transportation and worked around our schedule for check in and check out . We are going back some day and want to stay again !!! 🇨🇦🇮🇹 thanks Francesco and Mrs Rosie !

Everything was as advertised on the website. The place had all amenities you would need and is in walking distance of all major attractions, restaurants etc.
Francesco was very responsive and helpful to address any questions or concerns we had.

If I could leave a 6 star I would
Francesco and Mrs Rosie are just the best! My nephew’s luggage got “lost” aka hijacked and thefted by Air France and they were there step by step helping us to get things straight so we did not miss tours. They got us the linens we needed, were always responsive. The apartment is in a great spot and accessible to many tourist areas. There are 2 grocery areas and a taxi stand near. Great food is just 4-5 minutes walk away.

Be prepared for the apartment to be smaller than it appears in the photos. For a vacation getaway in Rome, there is no better location - it’s an easy walk to the tourist spots, and a very easy walk to the local haunts. For an extended stay, great to have a fully fitted kitchen. Look no further! I would return in an instant.
