* Firstly, we were put in a lower type of room than we booked. The manager changed our room according to our reservation only after we came with questions * There is a steam room in a SPA. The steam dispenser is right under your feet. It's not fenced around, and there is no sign that's it dangerous. Our daughter suffered a severe burn. You can see it in the photo. She was so hurt that she could not say anything about what had happened. The hotel manager said we are to blame, and it happens with kids. There was no regret, apology, or another type of compensation. We checked out, didn't use our last night, and they even did not refund the money for it. Of course, by the legal rights, they must not do it, but it's not the behavior of a 5* hotel. * The beach had a lot of garbage. Don't know why they don't clean it * There is bowling. We booked time to play there, and when we came, the bowling alley was occupied by others. We had to wait for 45 minutes. * There was nothing in the minibar * There wasn't any "do not disturb" card to place on the door It's not 5 starts hotel, and it's not worth the money.

Service is not adequate of the price, they are not well trained, not informed about anything, breakfast was very poor with low quality of food.

The place is stunning! A magnificent castle emphasizes the charming nature around! Our room was so big and beautiful that I enjoyed the views and the atmosphere inside for a long time before I went to explore every nice corner outside.

The breakfast was so-so. The kitchen itself didn't bring joy.
