Při příjezdu došlo k malému nedorozumění ohledně parkování, personál vše vyřídil a vykompenzoval. Všichni byli moc příjemní.
Určitě doporučuji zajít na večeři do restaurace, krásné prostředí, výborná kuchyně, vinný lístek a naprosto profesionální obsluha! Snídaně fantastické!

hotel was in great location, parking on site was provided , all foods eaten at the hotel has been to a really high level, the location allowed us to access the beautiful park directly outside of the main door, all requests to the hotel staff supported.
we tried to order massage on site but it wasn't available due to certain restrictions.

Warm and friendly welcome. Breakfast option a la carte is very high quality and very tasty. Would advise to put allergens on the menu, which can help the selection if you have an allergy.
Room was overall very comfortable, only would recommend to improve curtain closing performance to block out sunlight in the morning, and a bigger blanket for an even better comfort experience.

needed more towels. staff left something to be desired, were quite cold. the charge per dog felt like robbery. we have 2 small chihuahuas and were charged €18/ day per dog. seems a bit expensive to me, when both dogs share the same room…

The room was impeccably clean. The bed was comfortable. Although I wish I had had a room facing the park, which is one of the loveliest I have ever seen, mine had a terrace with lounge chairs. (Unfortunately, it rained throughout most of my stay.) Cucina has to be one of the best restaurants in the Czech Republic, although it is expensive. The chefs are skilled and accommodating. The waiters are attentive and kind.
That my credit card was declined, and I had to walk to an ATM to withdraw cash in order to settle my bill. I missed my train to Prague as a consequence.

The hotel is a small local hotel. But the rooms are spacious enough, comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Overall very clean room and bathroom.
There were no central switch to turn off the lights. To reach to lifts, you need to climb up or down half floor stairs. To open the main exit gate, the driver has to get off the car.

Podebrady is a lovely little town. The hotel is well-situated on a park, has a nice restaurant, and there’s a good pub and solid bakery on either side. The staff, including the wait staff and receptionists, were kind and helpful. Overall, it was excellent.

Great possition, great cousine in restaurant, amazing waitress and cookers. We enjoyed it very much. Near is golf court.
