We had a wonderful welcome from the host. The apartment has clean facilities in good working order. We appreciated the thoughtful additions to make our stay comfortable.

the property was perfect for a city stay, with free off street parking. just a few minutes walk into the city and a brilliant restaurant, the folly on folly bridge. the host was extremely helpful and friendly, with lots of recommendations. the property was exceptionally clean and all needs were well catered for. there was ample hot water and the heating was excellent.

there was nothing I didn’t like about the property.

We stayed at La Casetta d'Aneu for a week, visiting our daughter in Oxford. We had a great time, and we enjoyed our place and the brilliant location so much! Service was great according to our welcome and concerning our departure, the landlord was so kind to offer a time which was extremely convenient for us. That was so nice and friendly. The flat was very well equipped with everything one could wish for cooking, but we didn't need for we went out every evening (great location, there a good restaurants in the area), the bed was very very comfy so we slept well and everything was spotlessly clean. Another important point was that parking free of charge behind the house was offered, as this can really be a problem in Oxford. So we were happy to leave our car, didn't use it once in this week, everything worth seeing was within walking distance. We highly recommend La Casetta d'Aneau and certainly will come back.

Fantastic location a short, pleasant, stroll along the river from the city centre. Great facilities to accommodate and be able to cook for our family of 4. Very clean and nothing too much trouble for our host. Little touches like access to Netflix and a free parking space meant we could really relax during our short break away and easily explore the city at our pleasure.

Location was 10 mins walk into Oxford so perfect. Luigi was a great host. The place was spotlessly clean.

Mattress was very firm and not comfortable. There needs to be a blind on the kitchen window as there is no door on the kitchen or the hall. Didn't like the rules of removing shoes before entering, maybe they should've put a more durable flooring in the entrance hall to avoid this!

The apartment was exquisitely clean and very well equipped. Luigi met us, showed us around and was easy to contact if we needed anything. A five-minute walk from University Parks, it really was exactly what we hoped for

The sofa bed was not that comfortable.

Luigi greeted Our family of 4 and we stayed there for 3 nights, it was an easy access to the city centre (walking distance), very clean and comfortable overall, flat was equiped with everything, safety distance while checking in/out (mask worn), car park secured free of charge which was excellent

noise at night coming out from neighbours and communal space in the block of flats but thats nothing which Luigi can have an impact on unfortunately

The bed was reasonably comfortable, although the mattress was a little harder than we are used to. The bathroom was rather small and congested - probably not ideal for visitors with mobility issues. A non-slip bath mat would have been helpful.

The location was 2 minutes from the Folly Bridge, very very convenient to walk into town, Christ Church being the first of the main attractions one gets to. Luigi, the owner, lives very close, so a phone call on arrival and the keys and a quick review of facilities were made, and Luigi was very friendly with helpful information. The accommodation was stocked with drinks and snacks, so a deposit was taken, and quickly returned on departure. Car parking was made available for me on request, excellent.

Personal preference is for a walk in shower, the apartment had a bath with shower, so might not suit less agile customers.

Amazing location in the heart of Oxford, walking to the river in seconds and 10 minutes to the city centre amenities, shopping, and colleges. Free parking on site, with a super friendly and helpful host - nothing was too much trouble. The apartment is squeaky clean, very comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need for the family. Perfect for long or short stays in Oxford.
