The rooms are small, and the soundproofing is nonexistent—you can hear everything happening in the hallway. Beds uncomfortable. The restaurant tried to scam us by adding items to the bill that we didn’t order. They only refunded the money after we confronted them and caused a scene. The food doesn’t match the descriptions on the menu, which was very disappointing.

Loved the loft hotel!! Very laid back with good facilities great food. Lovely ambient comfortable restaurant. Staff are super amazing especially Taylor, Chloe and Daniel!! They absolutely went above and beyond and made our stay so special!! Friendly and approachable!!

The beds were a bit soft.

It was a little bit dirty under the beds.

The hotel has a good vibe and it sits on the edge of the ski slopes so you ski out of the front door and down to the first ski lift. There is a ski rental shop next door. After a day's skiing you can relax in the roof top pool, sauna or outdoor hot tub. Restaurant will keep you energized with food from breakfast to dinner.

The walls are not very well insulated for noise so if you are unlucky enough to have noisy night owl guests staying next door then your sleep might well suffer. Our bed was a little uncomfortable, it was probably due for replacement.

Не стоит останавливаться с этом отеле если для вас важна : - звукоизоляция номеров (она отсутствует напрочь, в номере очень слышно всё, что происходит в коридоре и наоборот) ; - приветливый персонал (он тут максимально неприветливый, а отдельные сотрудники и вовсе грубят постояльцам, закатывают глаза, а на рецепшн висят в "шутку" агрессивные таблички в стиле - "тупой вопрос 1$, тупой ответ 2$, нормальный ответ - 4$ итд...". Шутка с долей правды); - хороший фен (он работает максимум 30 секунд, прежде чем отключается и нужно ждать минуту пока он остынет, прежде чем он включится снова - девушкам с длинными волосами на заметку) ; - дверь в туалет (считайте, что её вовсе нет, она стеклянная, с просветами в сантиметр по периметру все звуки из туалета слышны в номере, можно только воду включить или музыку чтобы получить жалкое подобие приватности); - качественная еда (в ресторане есть ощущение, что на всём максимально экономят, от помидоров, до сока, все продукты дешевые). Отдельно стоит отметить СПА зону на 7-ом этаже, где оба джакузи не работали. Вид из окон из бассейна - вы ничего не увидите, они запотевают. Короче говоря, 5-ю звездами не пахнет, максимум на 3 или 4 с минусом тянет это место.

This is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I don‘t know who gave them 5 stars, they shouldn‘t even have 3 stars. I am sure the good reviews are written by the hotel staff themselves. The receptionist look like they are annoyed of you beeing there. No welcome, no nothing. When you say that you want to check in, they roll their eyes and talk with their colleagues instead of checking you in. Worst front desk ever. The rooms are as small as a prison cell and everything is broken, the toilet is broken, the doors are broken, the wardrobe is broken. The room has zero soundproofing so you will hear every noice from the neighbour rooms, from the corridor and from above you. This makes it impossible to sleep. The „kingsize bed“ is as small as a single bed and after sleeping 2 nights on it, me and my wife already had back pain. The breakfast has a really small selection and the food is almost always empty. They even don‘t have normal coffee. Such a breakfast suits a pension and not a 5 star hotel. Special applause goes to the spa and the spa manager. The spa manager is as rude as you can be. She was shouting at guests and always looked annoyed and angry, making you want to apologise for entering the spa. In our 1 week here, they didn‘t have towels at the spa a single time. The whirlpool is also broken. All in all it was a horrible experience, that I don‘t wish my worst enemy. I can only recommend to never stay at this hotel.
