I didn’t like anything about this hotel it was absolutely filthy
The staff was rude and dirty, the reception area stinks, the room was filthy full of bugs and the toilet had poo stains all over with lots of pubes on the rim there was no hot water and there was stains all over the towels

The tv actually worked
Can’t get shower because one doesn’t have lock and other has no hot water, the rooms srink ancient and musty, had I tiny window to look at pipes, bed stunk of urine, miserable receptionist

Staff from the hotel opening our room all the time without knocking the door.
We felt scared to leave our personal stuff in the room.
2 day without a shower because we did not have hot water for it.

The place was clearly going through renovations and some of the room was not complete, but the price I paid I could see past that and I hope for a successful future for the owners, staff where very friendly and had a joke with us which made us feel at ease as i was slightly nervous being a lone female with two kids.

We went to the hotel and the hotel rooms were totally filthy, they were not suitable for a family. and children horrible filthy mind please we want our money back since the poor hygienic conditions of this place did not allow us to stay there we have photos as proof

Bed was quite comfortable
I had to wait for ages for someone to come and check me in and it was noisy at night

Room stunk of urine , bed and floor! Asked a change of room or refund wasn’t a option and we had nowhere else to go! Really bad !! Never stay here it’s vile

Mess everywhere dirty floor and bad smell we get one towel for two no hot Water no heating.
Can't open windows. Tv been in the room but no programs on it. No bin in the room. Private bathroom was terrible. Very dirty leaking Water all night. No free Access to bathroom because of bed. Bed has been on the way to bathroom.

I did read the reviews but I had to book last minute and its all that was available.
I can not find anything positive to say about this property.
This place is the most grim place I have ever stayed. This includes hostels in Africa and India.
Room had not been cleaned, I had to ask for toilet roll and towel at reception.
The smell of smoke from other rooms was overwhelming and horrible.
Someone had stuffed cigarette butts down the sink which also smelled awful.
Please do not stay at this place, it is shockingly bad.

This accommodation is unkempt, dirty, smells really bad. It was not worth the money I paid. I move out after 2 days due to these conditions.

Soon as we walked upstairs to our room, the hallway smelled really bad which made me sick till I went inside the room. I opened the wardrobe and it almost fell on top of me. It was broken from the bottom. Defo not worth the money I paid. It needs updating.

Everything. Room was filthy, carpets looked like they had never been hoovered, cigarette butts on the floor, marks on the wall, hot water didn’t work.
