Beautiful rooms and theme. Kitchen furnished very well and the tree with the lights was beautiful.
Nice other guests, everyone open and respectful.
WiFi was not so that great in the kitchen.
The noise of the outside traffic was huge.

Original and beautiful decor throughout the building. I have seen nothing like this before. Clean too.
The noise was outside was horrible. With no fans or air conditioning in the room, myself and the others in my dorm had to leave the windows open for ventilation, but that came with a cost. Several trams run across this road and pass by every 10 minutes - their screeches are very loud and it was hard to sleep. I even had my very good “hostel-worthy” ear plugs in and I could still hear every tram that passed by. If you’re a light sleeper and enjoy sleeping, please consider somewhere else.

It’s our second time at this beautiful place. Small, very quiet and intimate hostel right in the middle of Plagwitz. Everything you need is just around the corner. The rooms are warm, spacious, great beds. The bathroom was kept clean all the time.
It may be a bit noisy outside sometimes, as the rooms are situated on the street side of the hostel. But if you keep the windows close the sound isolation is just fine!

Best hostel I ever stayed in, no contest – better even than many hotels!! Extra clean, super comfy, the dorms have a nice design to them so you have your own private area. Minutes away from so many cool things to do in Plagwitz. It was not crowded which also helped. Honestly, I wouldn't mind living here for a month!
There is a 5.1 speaker system in the kitchen and all the speakers are in the same place.

In sum only 2 cushions and covers prepared although we were 5 people (3 kids). As we only stayed for one night it was ok.

The lodge is sort of a little Hostel located in a big appartment. Situated in a long time run -down, now stylish but still "vintage" ditrict in Leipzig. It is obvious that the people running it have put all their creativity and endless hours of work into it. The place is special. It would work to rent the whole place for a weekend with family, friends or for a workshop. I had the place completely for myself. If one were not comfortble with yoga - people and the place were full with yoga - people it might get a little difficult though ;-).

Rooms and common areas were absolutely clean and neat. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking and also it is quiet along the day, so reading is one of the things you can do there.Overall, I'll rate it a 10!
