The location of the property was fine and the check in was good as we were unable to open the door. The place was nice, but the floors were dirty and under the beds was full of flithy and dusty. There was a lack of towels and clean bedding. Only one new sheet and no spare duvet covers for 2 weeks which was disappointing. We didn’t realise there would be no cleaning or fresh bedding, so had to wash everything ourselves, which is okay had it be detailed or cleaning/washing products left.

La casa está situada en una zona muy tranquila con buenas instalaciones . El propietario se ha mostrado muy atento en todo momento. Por poner un punto en contra, diría que agua caliente en la ducha dura poco aunque es cierto que enseguida vuelve a cargar. En general, muy recomendable.

Huse has everything you need for a great vacation. Pool is warm and clean and the area is nice and quiet. The host is very friendly and always available for questions. We will absolutely stay here again on a next trip to Lanzarote. Would really recommend this place to everyone.

Our overall impression was very good, we had a problem with the boiler for the hot water, this was rectified the next day by fitting a new boiler, the only slight downside was that although the pool was serviced weekly, the bottom was perfect but the sides of the pool do not get cleaned and are therefor dirty, the only other thing we would liked was some kind of small heater the villa was very cold at night, but overall we had a great holiday

Nette Kommunikation schon im Vorwege mit dem Vermieter. Die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte problemlos über eine Schlüsselbox. Der nette Vermieter war nach Ankunft kurz vor Ort für den Check-In und einige Erläuterungen. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einer Villengegend. Durch die nach Süden ausgerichtete, überdachte Terrasse kann man den ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen. Der Pool war sauber und wurde zwischendurch gereinigt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist einfach, aber alles vorhanden. Das Geschirr / Kochgeschirr und das Besteck haben wir nach Ankunft abgewaschen, es machte nicht den sauberst n Eindruck, ebenso haben wir den Wasserkocher und die Kaffeemaschine vor Benutzung gereinigt und entkalkt. Wir haben das Haus und den Pool sehr genossen und würden das Haus wieder buchen. Ein Mietfahrzeug zur Erkundung der Insel ist von Vorteil. Beste Grüße an den Vermieter.

Great villa with an amazing pool, big enough for up to 4 people, there is everything you need for your holiday and the host is great! Some small shops nearby and only 30 minutes drive away from the airport. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans la maison de Vicente. Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine tous les jours au cours de cette première quinzaine de Novembre. La maison est idéale pour un couple avec deux enfants. Le descriptif de l'annonce et les photos sont tout à fait conformes. Nous avons également apprécié les interactions avec Vicente avant et pendant le séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location! Marie

The villa was everything we expected in a great location with minimarket and restaurants within a short walk. Nice pool and garden and lovely view of the sea and Fuertaventura in the distance. Vincente was very welcoming and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Wir hatten sehr schöne und erholsame Tage im Ferienhaus von Vincente Lopes. Wir wurden persönlich und sehr nett von Vincente empfangen. Der Pool und der Garten waren sehr gepflegt sowie auch das Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

This is a fantastic property - exactly as described, clean, well-stocked, quiet and with an amazing view of the ocean and Fuerta Ventura. The garden and patio is spacious and a lovely sun-trap in the afternoon and we enjoyed having comfortable sofas to lounge on reading in the evening. Vincente is a wonderful host - excellent communication prior to checking in and a friendly welcome when we arrived. He also very kindly allowed us to stay an extra couple of hours beyond the usual check-out time, which was very generous and greatly appreciated. We didn't have any problems so there was no need to contact the owners during our stay, but I am confident that they would have responded quickly if we had needed anything. Overall, we heartily recommend this property and we really hope that we'll be able to stay there again

Wir haben zum 2. Mal die Villa Aguamarina besucht und waren wieder sehr zufrieden. Der Besitzer hatte inzwischen ein leistungsfähigeres WIFI und einen größeren TV-Bildschirm installiert. Zwei Auflagen für die Poolliegen wurden erneuert, was den Liegekomfort sehr verbessert hat.

The villa was in a wonderfully quiet location and although you have very close next door neighbours it never felt too intrusive. Vicente was there at the villa when we arrived and was a lovely, warm and friendly host. The villa was clean and tidy and was perfect for a relaxing week in Lanzarote. We would all very much like to return one day very soon!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in this fantastic villa. From the moment we arrived we felt at home and relaxed! The garden is beautiful and has fabulous views across the sea to Fuerteventura on one side and the Pechiguera lighthouse on the other. The swimming pool is a great size, has a pool light and is heated - perfect! The villa is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped and leads onto an outside laundry room which I loved as everything dried so quickly in the breeze. The two bedrooms have gorgeous views of Montana Roja, which you can walk up. The villa is in a nice quiet area which is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the pool. Vincente is a fantastic host, and we left Lanzarote feeling like we have gained a friend on the island! I would definitely recommend this villa x

We had an amazing time at this Villa. It was peaceful, a great place to switch off and enjoy the views. The pool is a great size to swim and have fun and was cleaned while we were there. Initially we thought it didn't feel too private as you can see into the neighbors villa. But once in the pool or the sitting area your not overlooked and is nice and private. The interior is a little bit dated but that doesn't detract in any way from the villa. A few things could be updated but that's just cosmetic. It was lovely and clean and homely. The beds were comfy, sofa area comfortable and full kitchen to use. With a toaster, kettle, coffee machine, oven etc. Great for self catering. Mr Lopez was a lovely host. His communication before was really helpful. He visited us on the day we arrived to explain a few things. And even came to say goodbye. Although we didn't have any problems I'm confident he would have resolved any issues if we had had any. The TV only had a couple of English channels. The area is a quiet residential area. We didn't explore any local restaurants but there were a few a ten minute walk away with a couple of small supermarket. We had a car and used it to explore. Playa Blanca was about 8minute drive and the Marina is a lovely place for a variety of restaurants. A car isn't essential as they were bus' on the main road. But we enjoyed being able to go a further and explore the island. It would take about 50 minutes to walk to Playa Blanca. The sea front was about a 7 minute walk, no beach in this area but nice to walk along the front to the lighthouse or Playa Blanca. We would definitely book this villa again.

We loved this villa. Sitting outside was a pleasure, even in January. Sitting on the terrace was a view across a stunning garden and the pool to the lighthouse on one side and sea and neighbouring island on the other. The garden is sunny all day and due to the prevailing northerly wind sheltered on the terrace. Overall a wonderful relaxing place to stay. The villa is well equipped and for us well situated close to the coastal path. There was a lovely bar within 5 minutes on the coastal path as well as bars and restaurants at the nearby El Faro complex. It was an enjoyable walk into the centre or to the marina but if you did not fancy walking the no. 30 bus was very cheap and every 30 mins. Equally taxis were very inexpensive Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Lovely pool and villa. Clean and tidy. Quiet area within a 20 minute walk of restaurants and supermarket. Local bus into playa Blanca centre.

We had a lovely holiday in this villa. Although we were disappointed there was no welcome pack, bread, milk etc.,! Only 1 fan for the whole villa. The second bedroom only had 1 small pillow on each single bed. The bathroom basin filled up with water without the plug being in. The pedestal leaked at the bottom and ran across the floor. The shower tray leaked at the front and side and made the floor very slippery. The fridge door compartment was cracked and stuck together with cello tape, luckily we noticed this before putting any glass bottles in it. No one came to clean the pool in the 10 days we were there. These were only minor things but if sorted the villa would be so much nicer.

Though we booked last minute, Sr Lopez made things easy and kept in touch. Like the fact that Sr Lopez was at the villa when we arrived to show us round and left his phone number should we have any problems. The villa had everything we required for a few days relaxing in the sunshine. The location is good, far enough away from the town to be quiet, but not too far from some nice restaurants and just a couple of minutes from the beech/sea front. Whilst not a criticism, it would have been nice for there to be an information pack in the villa with what's available around the area, markets, places of interest etc. Would be happy to book this villa again in the future, thank you Sr Lopez. We loved the villa and had an extremely nice holiday. The villa supplied everything we wanted. It is very nice, cosy and clean. Our children basically lived in the pool while we were at "home" :) Mr. Lopez is a very kind and helpful host. Everything was arranged well and went smoothly. The views from the villa are beautiful. Hi, what an amazing villa. Been there for a week last week and I loved it. Mr Lopez kindly gave us a perfect direction directly from the airport to the villa. The apartment is well big enough for 4 people even tho it was only 2 of us staying. 5 min walk to the beach and 5 min drive to the town. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a villa. The only improvement I could suggest is for the pool to be heated, otherwise it was quite cold if its not sunny. Thanks a lot Mr Lopez, appreciate everything you done for us. Sadly I couldn't see you before we left cause the issue we had with our flight. Will see you soon mate :)

When we arrived mr.Lopez helped us already out on the airport and helped us to find the house, since the weather was dreadful: strong wind and heavy rain. Also later on mr.Lopez was an excellent host, very very helpful! If it was only for him I would already recommend the house....but the house was also very beautiful, especially from the outside we loved it. Inside it is a bit dated but we felt home very soon, it is cosy and very clean. A tip to make it more cosy: if I were you I would hang a big colourful painting on the empty wall in the second bedroom! Everything we needed was in the house, especially we found the kitchen utensils very good. The sight was beautiful in the garden towards the sea and one could walk up to the sea in 5 minutes ( around the opposite hotel). Of course one can hear the neighbours, but it was not too bad at all, very decent people. As a former Dutch travelagent I am very content with our stay and hope to return!
