Spacious room
Food in dining area went cold had to use microwave often, cleared away early. Lounge area was cold , needs a revolving door at the entrance, wine glasses would be better in the dining area

hotel it’self was fairly good and had everything needed
there was not a lot of option for food and seemed to be the same things every day. not too far from the beach but spent a lot of time walking just to get to where everything was

We experienced a different side of Benidorm and the location was great, local Spanish bars in the side streets were what we loved, local to the ladies who love shopping too

Some of the staff was polite and really helpful
There was not enough parking lots for all the guests. They charged for some services other hotels don’t charge as the safe box. They gave a price for an additional night for other guests and the next day they increased the price 10€ more. The quality of the breakfast was very poor. Even the orange juice was undrinkeable!
