Host answered her phone pretty late in the evening to help solve problem with key. Very, very helpful host. It was spacious, had comfortable bed, had everything you would need in the kitchen. Really good location

The apartment was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, bathroom was good size and shower had very good water pressure with no problems getting hot water within seconds. Plenty of plates, dishes, silverware, a refrigerator, microwave oven and stove top to heat or cook meals. Easy to check-in with clear instructions. Instructions were in German but Google translate did a good job of letting me know everything clearly. Very friendly, caring staff and when I requested an iron to iron some shirts, one was provided right away. I stayed there to attend an event at Europa Park and it was less than ten minutes away on foot. It is a quiet area and I felt safe at all times. To get inside the apartment you have to go up one set of stairs, about twenty steps. Overall, it was a positive experience , good value for money spent and I would not hesitate to book that apartment again.

The only thing that could have been better is that you had to be in the living room to connect to wi-fi. The signal was weak in the bedroom area but otherwise, no problems or interruptions. Also, it would be good if there were curtains or sun-shades in the windows as the sunlight was quite strong and to eat or work, you had to sit with your back to the window.

location was good and with a reasonable walking distance from Europa Park

bad mattresses since they were soft enough that I mostly was l lying on the slatted base so I had to use 2 mattresses, kitchen is also really small and with the induction cooktop there was almost no room for other stuff, Cleaning must be done better, found a long woman hair in the bathroom and in the bedroom

Excellent location, just a short walk to Europa Park. The apartment was very well equiped, there was plenty of space and everything was clean.

the location was nice. there was nice places to eat around apartment. free parking place. if you visited Europa Park, then this is very close to attractions. there was ventilator in bedroom, and bathroom was nice.

it was quite dark. In middle room there was only two lamps, and no ventilator. sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable.

It was clean, moden apartman, with parking facility, close to Europa Park with space enough. Check in was easy and smooth and because of keys in the lock it is possible anytime. There is a parking voucher for Europa Park (currently 8 EUR) included in the price.

Good sized apartment, very equipped kitchen, easy communication with owner.

Mattresses were too soft.

The apartment was lovely, new and clean. Something to consider might be the stairs leading up to the apartment as it is on the second floor in case you can't climb a lot of stairs. The host was very nice and helpful.

Very clean apartment , very friendly host! Short walk to Europa park

The location was excellent for short walk to Europa-Park. Very clean and comfortable. Great for families as double bed and bunk beds in room. Outside table and chairs by parking was nice to be able to sit outside as apartment very warm in the summer. Dishwashing tablets and washing up facilities all provided.

Very warm in the apartment in summer, but they do provide an air conditioning unit which helps. No oven, so it was fine using the microwave and hob for getting snacks.

Friendly host, very easy hassle free check in. Apartment was beautiful and clean.

We stayed during the heatwave and there was no real air conditioning in the loft apartment which made it unbearable to sleep. Shame as the apartment was lovely.
