Good central location. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Good breakfast with some hot items.

My first room was next to lift (noises) and they changed upon my request. The restaurant was very busy and the waiter rudely told me to come back later. I went elsewhere to eat!

El personal muy agradable. La habitación limpia, buen tamaño. La cama, cómoda. Muy agradable la estancia. Con parking, que no es fácil dejar el coche en Zarautz.

We spent a week in this lovely hotel it was a lovely relaxing week with location, food and room serving us very well. Staff we very helpful and pleasant. We will be back for sure.

Great location and secure parking under the hotel.

Nice location. Staff was nice, had to pay for parking in the garage which is fine. The breakfast was ... ok, you will be fine if you like bread and cakes...

Good location within walking distance of seafront and town shops etc. Restaurant attached to hotel was excellent value for money and the food was tasty and nicely presented. There was a good selection of items to choose at breakfast. There was the opportunity to park in the secure private car park under the hotel out of the sun. It was 13 euros for 24 hours, a saving of 7 euros for non resident parking and the wardens were rife so it was worth it for peace of mind. A nice balcony with views to the hills and a small fridge and air conditioning added to the comfort.

Exceptionally clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Wonderful location, near the train station, and the magnificent beach.

The pillow on the bed could be improved.
