The dinner

Breakfast and dinner were great! The facilities of the hotel are also very good, even though they are quite small, and on certain times it can get quite crowded and noisy. Other than that - the hotel is very beautiful, and in great location next to a lot of beautiful locations.

It can get a little bit crowded some times around the pools, and also quite noisy. Also, we expected the hotel outdoor pool to be warmer. It was pretty cold, which made it a little less fun

Large and comfortable rooms. Spotless and everything was working. Service staff was nice and welcoming. The breakfast was quite diverse and solid. They even provided free public transit tickets. The facilities were great too. Multiple kinds of Saunas, pool that connects to the outdoor… Overall, for the price, incredible value. We were happy with everything.

As much as I try it’s hard to nitpick here. It’s not “fancy” but it’s what I would call “solid”.

Everything meets my expectations. I can’t say more than that. Staff were very cooperative and friendly working especially Lisa in reception who speak English very well.

Check in was easy and front desk person very helpful.

The evening meals were quite expensive and not worth the money. Room was adequate but very simple. Not much at all to the town.

Its a family owned hotel and they are very nice and very attentive to all details. we had a great time there. the bed ans pillows are super confy and we stayed in a nice room with a jacuzzi inside!

The hotel is quite big, and therefore the interior modernisation of the rooms and common spaces was made just superficially and the spa was pretty crowded. These things wouldn´t be problematic for a cheaper price per night, but since the stay wasn´t cheap, we were expecting a slightly higher quality of the experience.

The hotel has a location in silent rustic atmosphere of Velturno - reachable for Dolomites area, promoting to its guests a feeling of a relaxation inspired from the mountain view from the balcony. Rooms are clean, spa center and swimming pools are amazingly designed and thought out to all needs of relaxing guests. The bar and the restaurant are also very good, cocktails were great, and dinner by local chef suits to everyone. All the staff of the hotel is very pleasant

Rooms are little bit small, which promotes some lack of comfort for those who plans a stay of few days. Service in reception is slow and slightly stressful because of COVID restrictions - but always smiling. )

Beautiful location that’s so serene and peaceful! Enjoyed spending the evening walking to the local church and the apple orchards! Enjoyed the spa and the refreshing outdoor pool. Highly recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the surrounding area!

Awesome stay, super confortable hotel, big room with everything clean, staff really helpful and kind, from front desk to waiters to chambermaids, facilities very clean and confortable, outdoor warm pool was quite interesting to use. The food is amazing! Plose is 25min car drive, and they have daily activities. Can't wait to return next year. For skiers and bikers there are support facilities too! Hope to find some room slippers and shampoo (they use the two in one format) Also, they have this neat special pillow menu...
