Capacious on site car-parking. The check-in and welcome from Christina (Martin) was superb. She provided us with great assistance throughout our stay - from helping us to fire-up the (free) electric car charging point, to 'phoning local museums confirming open times, and furnishing us with a town plan and information about sites to visit. She was hard-working and charming at all times; she enhanced our stay greatly and clearly is a great asset to the hotel! Our room and bathroom were excellent in all respects; great shower. The hotel has a small but adequate bar/cafe area. Breakfast was generally OK, with good orange juice! There were two varied and very reasonably priced supper menus which alternated nightly i.e. Menu1-Menu2-Menu1, and so on. The food consisted of good ingredients well-prepared - although one major disappointment was the wholly inedible veal rib (all bone and fat and no meat) served up one night; also they seemed, somewhat bizarrely, to run out of ice cream during our stay. The hotel location is perfect for exploring Hervás. We shall visit again and recommend to our traveller friends.

Beautiful building amazing location. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very comfortable. Safe parking as we had bicycles on the car. The town is very interesting and full of character.
The bar had horrible overhead lighting and was not comfortable. The receptionist was unhelpful and not very pleasent

Location is 5km off motorway. Nice walk for the dog at the rear of the property. Lovely rooms and bathroom. Nice food in restaurant.
Our only complaint is the restaurant does not open until 8.30pm which after a long drive is a little late.

The hotel is in a wonderfully renovated historic building, very close to the center of a beautiful small town. The rooms are modern, the building is spectacular. Parking is easy.

lovely old building at the top of the town , good secure parking. friendly staff especially the young man who greeted me at reception and told me about the neighbouring church and the town . dinner and breakfast were very nice , and the hotel was peaceful

Room large, clean well heated, and bright. Bathroom clean and nice modern over bath shower. Old world but beautifully renovated. Half board meal interesting and well flavoured. Room nicely soundproofed. Excellent breakfast.

Location is just 10 minutes drive off the A-66, so an ideal stop off point if driving through Spain. The hotel has it's own gated car park to the rear so is secure. The building itself is stunning, an old 17th Century Convent - the photos inside of the restoration are very interesting. Rooms are large, doors with an old fashioned key which I like, the bathrooms very modern and clean. The town itself is a good place to stop, several bars within a short distance of each other and restaurants (I can recommend the Vaca Brava if you're a meat eater). Good wi-fi in the hotel also.

The ambient, location, view all were excellent. Carlos in the reception was exceptionally helpful. All the staffs were excellent and helped to have a nice experience. Highly recommended for staying. Location is also good.
The food tase in the cafeteria was not so good. At least we did not enjoy that much. The breakfast options were good, but nothing exceptional. In a 4-star hotel, things could have been better.

The receptionist, Carlos, was very helpful not only about the hotel but the town and the nearby walks. Dinner was a delight, the best in our 16 days travelling. The sympathetic renovation of the hotel made it a pleasant experience to stay there.
I think the early morning staff were surprised by us turning up at start time for breakfast.

if was situated a few kilometres off the motorway A66 and easy to find. the hotel was a beautiful converted convent right beside the mountains. the man on reception was particularly helpful. We enjoyed a lovely walk along a disused railway line and found a beautiful
local restaurant close by called La Cantina. there was a lovely swimming pool, although we didn’t have time to use it. there were plenty of restaurants within easy walking distance. The hotel even provided a bed and bowls and a toy for our dog. a superb stay and one we will use again on our way to the Santander ferry from Portugal. breakfast was great with plenty of choice.

Lovely hotel in an old monestry. Massive building. very attractive interior. We had half board option at a very reasonable price. Room was big, clean . Bed comfy, clean bathroom. nic pool area. Secure parking at reatr for motorbike. A lovely place to stay. Staff very friendly . Eve meal was ok but nothing special although the dining room was enormous. great brekfast . would stay here again!

Service levels are good. Food interesting! Location for us is excellent sad we couldn't arrive earlier due to customes at Santander!
Previous visit we were given a code to open the entry gate. This had changed without notice.

Reception staff were ,lovely and very helpful. The hotel was very peaceful with comfortable beds and plenty of space.
The food in the restaurant at night was diabolical. It was inedible. Breakfast was a bit better but could have been a lot better with just a little thought.
