L'hôtel est situé en plein centre-ville, comme la plupart des autres hôtels, considérant que Courtrai est une petite ville.

La propreté n'était pas la meilleure, j'ai retrouvé des bouchons d'oreille sur la tête du lit à peine arrivée dans la chambre, je me demande donc, comme la femme de chambre n'a pas pu voir cela au moment de préparer le lit. Pareil pour les équipements, la douche n'a pas de verrière, ce qui est très embêtant, car il est très désagréable d'utiliser la salle de bain après tellement il y a de l'eau partout. Sans compter un fort odeur d'égout qui est remonté dans la salle de bain pendant les deux derniers jours de mon séjour.

The bar downstairs was a nice bonus. The location was good for both getting around the City and Belgium.

We had to move our room on the second night because of the ridiculous street fair noise right outside our window until 1 am in the morning every night. The hotel did not warn us of this activity. Many guests were complaining about this. After we moved from a lovely Large booked room, we were given such a small moldy room on the back of the building, that the price was not even comparable. I had to fight with check in to receive barely any refund on this entire mess. Definitely check if the fair is on if you plan on staying, it's an annual event for a few weeks!

Het hotel heeft een ideale ligging in het centrum en heel dicht aan het begin van de winkelstraten. Onze kamer was ook zeer proper en het hotel zag er ook heel verzorgt uit. Het ontbijt was voortreffelijk en in een zeer leuke en gezellige setting. Het personeel was vriendelijk en er was een 24/7-receptie.

Onze slaapkamer had een rare indeling maar was wel comfortabel. Er was geen haardroger aanwezig maar dit wisten wij op voorhand. Onze WC en badkamer lagen tegen een koude buitenmuur waardoor het vocht fel condenseert. Het enige wat echt tegenviel waren de matrassen die veel te zacht waren.

The lift. Lack of handrail in large shower. No hook on back of bathroom door. Having to walk to main hotel for breakfast. A good idea would be to have cups, electric kettle. T bags coffee sachets, milk in room

Overall, location was good. Having to walk 4 blocks to breakfast was not expected.

Elevator was minimal, there was no handle on the inside of the bathroom door! The shower had no shelves and no grab bar and was very slippery.

Hotel in process of improvement through building work. Lift didn't work very well and stairs were steep and awkward with a case

Location is great. Close to the station and the central square. Hotel was clean and beds were comfortable.

Floors are very cold in the rooms - could do with some rugs on the floor. It took a very long time for the shower water to heat up which felt like a massive waste of water. There was noisy refurbishment / maintenance work going on from 7am until late afternoon which they should have advised about before booking.
