Ho apprezzato molto la posizione la struttura , la camera era un po' piccola e senza balcone e ho gradito la gentilezza della maggior parte delle persone dello staff .....non tutte ......

Non ho apprezzato la colazione che non era compresa nel prezzo della camera e non meritava il corrispettivo di ben 50 euro a persona alle 10.00 la macedonia e la frutta tagliata era esaurita e non veniva rimpiazzata cosa che accade negli hotel a 4 Stelle La cena fatta nel ristorante non aveva una scelta adeguata al prezzo e i piatti non erano adeguati alle aspettative.

Check in is at 3 p.m but I waited more than half an hour to check in. Even after waiting for check in, the room was not cleaned properly. The hotel has serious problem with the staff - untrained and unfriendly staff. Bad and rude service from the reception staff - they lost the key from my car and they even tried to explain that I didn't leave the car in the hotel.... The key of the car was found after I suggested the reception staff to call the police and to check the cameras... In my opinion it is not safe to leave a car in the parking of this hotel. Aged and old fashioned room - may be suitable for 2 stars hotel but defenetely not for a 5 stars hotel. The beach is very small and the sea water is dirty. The railway passes right in front of the hotel - you can imagine the noise....
