Friendly and welcoming staff, comfy rooms, great breakfast buffet and delicious dinner. We also loved the in–house swimming pool. Our little daughter was welcomed everywhere and cared for beautifully. The owner lady was on site daily and very hands on. Very nice stay!

The bar/cantine area. For a house of this level we had expected a more cozier bar, like sofa chairs, darker ambience, etc. It was very bright, and had more the feel of a day–time café/bistro. Personal preference.

Excellent location, wonderful spa facilities, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. A great place to go for mineral water and spa therapy.

About only things were that they didn’t replenish foods at breakfast, so if you came later, fewer options.

the cleanliness, the staff, the very clean SPA facilities. the fact that it is pet friendly in the hotel. the location which is just perfect for hikes.

the fact that it is NOT pet friendly in the hotel restaurant. what do you do with your dog for breakfast? a bit expensive for the quality of the room I think.

We loved the pork and beef tenderloin dinner we had at the hotel and the breakfast in the morning was good.

Everything was perfect, the room size is exceptional considering German standards. The breakfast was superb with delicious bakery, fresh fruits, great variety of bread, cheese…all offered in a very elegant and cozy environment. The service was super. We were concerned on the capacity of the Wellnesscemter due to COVID restrictions, once there we were able to enjoy all the different saunas, baths and the pool without problem. Wellness center is excellent and again very elegant on the style. Overall a fantastic weekend in a wonderful place on this beautiful town .

Everything was wonderful. Exceptional service from the friendly staff, terrific room, great food and the pool was incredibly relaxing. Just wish I could have stayed longer!

The staff was all very nice, we had a lot of fun in the swimming pool with our small daughter, the breakfast it was also good with nice variety. Very clean.

Gorgeous hotel with truly high class wellness facilities, breakfast that can satisfy any taste, spacious rooms, warm hearted owner and staff, sun terrace with the views where you can sunbathe, gourmet restaurant and really tasty desserts for a high tea time. We have been in paradise. We can't wait to come back and enjoy this hidden gem again, again and again.

Nothing, everything was a top notch

The staff was always very aware of everything. Very friendly and competent. The hotel is in a nice and quiet area with lots of hiking possibilities around. We spent a lovely 4 days after they reopened from the COVID lockdown. The breakfast was really good, with lots of choice. They always made sure we had our place. We went with our 2 year old daughter and she was spoiled all the way by the staff. ☺️ Dinner was also very good. The wellness area was also lovely, with a wide range of offers. The pool is also relaxing and not crowded. All in all we have just good things to say.

The bed was amazing! Great mattress, with a memory foam topper. The breakfast buffet was excellent, and the staff cared about the quality of their hotel, and our comfort. The swimming pool was wonderful as well!

Fully carpeted room needed ventilation upon arrival, possibly from disinfectants used to clean the room.

We were given a grand suite -- maybe because we were celebrating my wife's birthday -- but it was above and beyond our expectations! The suite had a large living room, TV, 2 chairs, a couch, desk and mini-fridge. It had a nice balcony with an umbrella and table with reclining chairs, a bedroom with very comfortable mattresses, and an extensive bathroom with a bidet, two sinks, a nice shower and a Jacuzzi bathtub for two. The receptionist was very friendly and drove our car personally to/from the parking area for us for no extra costs besides the 8 euro daily parking rate. They brought up our luggage to our room, too. There was a beautiful spa with a natural salt spring fed swimming pool at 32 degrees Centigrade along with other free saunas, etc... The Restaurant had excellent food for dinner and breakfast. The whole place was spotless.

Couldn't eat outside due to the bees, but that was not their fault. I wish there was a lighter sheet or blanket since it comforter was too warm for the unusually hot weather, but again I can't fault the hotel. The price of dinner was higher than other places, but you got what you paid for--outstanding food!
