Staff and breakfast were good.

The bed was very short, I'm only 5'11 but the besd was too short. Also the matress was very uncomfortable, springs and not supportive. Pillow also offered no support. The water tempreture in the shower was going up and down all the time which make the shower very uncomfortable.

Payment 10eur extra for dog. Was not clear on forehand. it stated, pets allowed, possible extra costs. But normally never charged, this hotel did. so better to select other hotel

Quaint essential German building with comfortable accommodation built on.

Great position in central Adenau. Larger than it appears from the outside it is an excellent base for exploring the Ring and its environs.

Friendly staff in a hotel we visit almost every year. The breakfast was good, with even gluten free organized which we requested because of an allergy. Classic room was indeed classic, what you see is what you get in the city centre of Adenau. Would come here again.

The towels in the bathroom were clean but also classic, some new fresh ones would be a good addition.

I had to unlock the bathroom sink reported it first day of being there no one came so I did it myself. Loose plug sockets which I thought was dangerous. I did notice when I was stood outside that the chef was wearing no mask and also no clothes on and win the food which I thought this was not right.

quirky little hotel . Restuarant area is fantastic and serves very nice food I would highly recommend I have be coming to the Nurburgring for 12 years and have eaten at the hotel many times. I decided to stay this time as was good value for money the reception area is very nice and modern the check it was quick and clear had to show covid vaccine certificates which was not a problem, once we got to the room it was very outdated and needed modernising there was also no kettle facilities, I also found hair in the shower and bed that was not mine nor my wifes .

The pillow was very soft. Placing your heas on it make it feel like there wasnt even a pillow. Also the parking isnt that big and wide. Its paid private parking people should be aware if you come with much people there isnt enough space.

I loved the restaurant downstairs. Fantastic. The old part of the hotel is lovely, the new part not so.

We had booked 2 Classic rooms which included a minibar. However we were given a Classic room and a Nostalgic room (cheaper). When I questioned why one room didn't have a minibar we were spun the story that we had been given an upgrade when in fact one room had been downgraded. We only discovered this when we checked our actual booking print- out (once home again) which clearly stated we had booked 2 Classic rooms. Not impressed. Also I thought it amazing that even though we were given tea/coffee facilities, the cups and teapots were not cleaned by the staff.
