Hotel has very good location, in a cozy and calm street, 5 minutes walk to Metro Station Rathenauplatz. Hotel is very clean, having all the necessary facilities, it was cleaned every day. Staff in the hotel is very nice and friendly. Hotel owner, Christina is very nice woman, friendly and polite. Breakfast at the hotel was very good, delicious food, well served.

The staff is very helpfull.

I have problems on my knees, and they left me on the second floor, with too many stairs. The staff couldn’t help me to stay on the ground or at least the first floor. The spot for breakfast is very small, for too many people having it at the same time.

This hotel is beautifully cared for. It is as if a designer went through each room and placed decorative items carefully and tastefully. The room was immaculate and had everything we needed, plus more. The location was wonderful and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

The only thing I would have liked is a bathroom vanity to place my items on. There was a small table, but I would have preferred a bit more room to spread out. This was certainly no show stopper, though.

I was pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. It is a 10 minute walk to the local metro station and the staff is exceptional...especially Yousef and Tiona! The breakfast offering is well done with plenty of options! I highly recommend this facility!

everything was great

Enormous apartment with all amenities one would need on a leisure trip. Clean and very well furnished living room area, kitchen and bathrooms. Elegant setup with porcelain cutlery, Satellite TV and plushy couches and carpeted areas.

There was no desk/office table where I could sit down and work so I had to make do with the dining table. I had notified the staff that I was travelling for work so I feel that could have been considered. But that's a very small minus point in a long list of positives. The heating wasn't working properly but it was very manageable with a couple of warm blankets. I did travel in September so it might be an issue in deep winter months.

We stayed in a room with a private entrance from the street which made it feel more like staying in an apartment. The room was very spacious and had a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was comfy and the huge sofa offered also a nice opportunity just to relax. Excellent breakfast with lots to choose from in the buffet.

The room was a couple of steps below ground level which means that it was a bit dark and felt a tiny bit damp when it was heavily raining. Also, the sheet in the bed was a slightly uncomfortable synthetic material.

The owner tries very hard to provide a good stay. My room was spacious with a nice en suite. Breakfast was plentiful and the location is excellent for the U bahn.

Breakfast room isn't really big enough when the hotel is full. A 70 year old bed is charming but very creaky! It would be good for the owner to use the option on booking.com to flag a preference for twin beds - would save an irritating arrival for everyone!
