The pool was lovely and the room was spacious and comfy. Very comfy beds. Staff were friendly, in particular Fabio and the drivers of the shuttle buses into Garda. Breakfast was tasty. The view of the lake was great and it was very peaceful.

The shuttle bus doesn't run for a large period of time in the day which was inconvenient. Also you have to queue for it both ways, up and down, which was frustrating. A bigger bus or more buses would be better. We did end up paying for taxis a lot. The music at the pools was a bit too loud and frantic at points, and some days they just repeated the same music which was annoying. The baths are very narrow which makes them a little trickier to shower in.

The sports facilities were outstanding. Especially the tennis coach Steve.

Breakfast was the only good thing.

Room Pictures in booking look bigger but deceiving Room is small even for 2pax . Very Old style. We were not excited about this property

The room was spacious, beds comfortable, and good air conditioning kept it cool.

The furnishings are outdated and the decor is dated.

There was an electricity outage, which is something they maybe could not have helped, but in the heat without airco it was not doable to stay there and sleep. Instead of using their back up generator for airco for their customers they decided to use it for a very loud speaker having a singer sing through the night. All whilst a lot of people had to open their window to cool a little to be able to sleep at all. A lot of angry customers with small children that did not sleep. Also the breakfast was horrible. I have not had such a bad breakfast in Italy every. It is all based on large quantities and manufactured, prepacked food. Nothing fresh. For a hotel that seems to promote sports and healthy lifestyle this is just terrible. and this had nothing to do with not having electricity. (Seen more reviews now which complained about this) Also too many people, and more a party style than a sports hotel. Will not be staying with them again. ps. Contacted them about the experience to ask for a partial refund as we left to go to another hotel, but we only received the information that it was not their fault of not having electricity. (after booking had to intervene and ask them to respond after a non reply)

Good location of the hotel with a wonderful view. The pool is amazing, you can always find a place on the sunbeds.

We stayed at the hotel for 7 days. Breakfast was the same all day, that's not good.
