Overall stay, location and staff were exceptional.

The hotel is small and not full of extras, but it's a great place to explore the town from (not least since it's right between the train station and the town centre), and I slept amazingly well there. Gorgeous, clean and quiet room with a nice, private patio shaded by fruit trees. Very friendly staff (who let me check in early as room was ready). Good Italian-style hotel breakfast included in the rate. When I'm next in Sorrento it's the first place I'll look for a room.

Nothing! One of the best stays I've had anywhere in some time. And it wasn't expensive.

Great location in the center of town, very clean spacious room, comfortable bed, large shower with good water pressure. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast included in a great breakfast room with a deck in yard.

The only thing I didn't like is I didn't get to stay longer. And just know that it isn't close to the water so a view didn't matter.

Nice place in a good location with new, spacious and well-maintained rooms. There were two balconies, each with automatic shutters. The breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful in arranging car rental and allowing us to stow bags all day after checking out.

The hotel information stated that it has a lift - well you have to go up 20+ stairs to get to that lift. This is a misrepresentation. However, the staff helped to carry up the bags, just not carry them down.

The location was absolutely amazing. It was Central Sorrento with so much to offer within the feet of the door. The staff was very kind and the breakfast was pretty good. Across the street is a multimedia Museum of the history of Sorrento for €12 and it was probably the best 12-year-old we ever spent.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is very good. The room was very good in every way. Beds a little firm, but this seems to be the norm in Europe.

Great value, Breakfast was fantastic, Carla from the front desk was extremely helpful. Supermarket next door and great location. Will definitely stay there next trip.

The location was absolutely perfect. It was close to the bus route but also extremely close to the Main Street for bars and restaurants!!The hotel itself was fabulous and we loved our room!!

Bed and pillow uncomfortable. Many plug sockets physically broken and didn't work and finally found the bathroom one to charge my phone.
